Sonder Downtown Towers is definitely on my 'come again' list. The views of the Burj Khalifa from our window and spacious balcony. The apartment itself is out of this world with tall ceilings, large rooms and very comfortable beds. From reception, security, elevator attendants, pool and cleaners, all of the staff at Sonder offer 5 star PLUS customer service. Nothing is too much for them and I found every single staff member friendly and willing to help with anything I needed. They even checked to see I was ok even if I didn't ask! I would especially like to mention Angelica on the reception desk. She was one of the friendliest most helpful people I have ever met and from the monet she checked us in to the moment we checked out she did everything she could to ensure that our guest experience was second to none. I would recommend anyone to stay at the Sonder Downtown Towers especially if travelling for business or with your family.…

We visited Sonder Bussiness bay with family on vacation. We found sonder best hotel ever here in uae. Here hospitality and sonder staff are very helpful and cooperative. I found also best service from IPS integrated parking services. They have very helpful and cooperative staff i would like to thanks of IPS staff Muhammad Asif and his all staff who helped me at Sonder business bay i really appreciate IPS all staff specially Muhammad Asif. It’s an ok property but with poor insulation, very noisy especially at night . If you want to stay in a relaxing place in Dubai you have plenty of options. The worst is the service , if something happen find a solution by yourself. This company has the worst call center ever .
