The place is more than i expected it.we had unpleasant experiences in Dubai and we came here with not too much expectations. But it was amazing experience. The apartment is big and bright. They will go out of they way to make us happy. There restaurant down stairs with breakfast lunch dinner buffet or menu ..there is a coffee shop ..it was judt what we wanted. The food is good and they have amazing service. Everything was pleasant. Temperature controlled pool . What surprise us is the whole staff if mannered abd friendly. Which you dont find in Dubai.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff were very approachable, helpful and friendly. Especially to Ms. Stephanie in the reception area. Breakfast was really good as well. And we would definitely stay there again. 😊

I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the staff (Karthi, Sajit, maintenance staff, reception staff, housekeeping, concierge and the managers). They have been so kind and helpful to ensure my stay was great. Although I had a problem with noise and smoking smell, it were just unavoidable faults. I was upgraded from a studio room to a one bedroom apartment. The hotel itself is a brand new hotel. All the features in the room were amazing. From a very super comfy bed to the kitchen facilities, I couldn’t fault any. Any problem would be attended straight away. Just one thing I would like to add, an instruction would be great for the cooker and washing machine. The downside of the hotel is the location. Although it’s very close to the airport, it’s quite a journey to the city centre. Costs me over £20 with a taxi one way trips. It also located in the middle of an industrial estate which is a bit of let down if you are using a public transport. However, I will definitely come again especially if I’m travelling with my husband and this trip is just me and my little baby. Thank you again for all the staff …

Our stay was from beginning until the end great! Our special needs where made possible in every way they could.The beds are so unbelievable comfortable. Room is big, studio has a clean kitchen. All necessities are available. Swimming pool and gym available, very clean sauna. The staff was friendly. Special thanks to the manager mister Karim. Absolutely a great hotel manager!
