I am sure that this review will inevitably make it more difficult to secure a room but people need to know about the incredible amd amazing an experience a hotel can create. Granted I am an Accor loyalty member but the moment I came I was greeted by management and all the staff impeccable. Service was top notch at all times. Staff like Madonna were constantly finding new ways to improve my stay. It was the best hotel stay I have had in years.. on top of that there is a butler service included for certain rooms and incredible 180 degree views from the rooms.. I love this hotel and I plan to make this my new home away from home.. in addition (the loccitane spa was fabulous.. restaurants were extraordinary as well.. we ate at Teicko and loved the Asian flair. The hotel was beautiful. It smelt amazing throughout the entire place. The service was perfect from the moment I got out of the car. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, pool is beautiful with the perfect water temperature. The breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, they have great coffee and excellent service particularly Alaa, and Satish who were there every morning during my stay ensuring I was comfortable at breakfast. The cafe downstairs is so beautiful with delicious coffee and the yummiest/prettiest afternoon tea. I can't wait to return..

Loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are very nice and clean. We had a room on the 33rd. Floor with a fantastic view. The room was very good equipped and a good size. Breakfast buffet was plenty and very tasty.the staff are amazing especially Alaa, Satish and Rodrick The pool is a very good size and we had a great time there. We had dinner in the English restaurant which was excellent. Will definitely visit here again when in Dubai

Our second stay at the Obelisk this year was perfect! From the moment we got out of the taxi we were made incredibly welcome in this impressive and beautiful hotel. Our cases were whisked away and delivered to our rooms by the very professional porters. The reception team made sure we got the 'Diamond Member' welcome and escorted us straight up to beautiful Club Millesime for a personalised check in experience. We were just in time for the afternoon tea, which was a wonderful experience. Our rooms on the 20th floor were beautiful. We had a Suite Night Upgrade to a beautiful panoramic suite with a city view and our children also had a fabulous room. We each had a lovely welcome gift in our rooms. Our rooms were kept spotlessly clean throughout our 4 night stay by Tanaji and Kumari in house keeping and the turndown service was an extra special touch. We spent most of our days relaxing by the fabulous pool. This is really large with a swim up bar. There are plenty of sunbeds with the option of parasols, but you can also hire beautiful cabanas. The staff by the pool are excellent - the bar staff, the life guards and Mustafa who looked after us with towels and free water. How they all coped in the heat is amazing. Armaan particularly looked after us at the swim up bar, bringing us our beers and kids mocktails in ice buckets to keep them chilled. We loved the Nine bar and ate there as a family on three nights. The food and the service was incredible. Well done to the chefs and waiting staff. Club Millesime is one of the highlights of this hotel. It is on the 51st floor and there are incredible views all around Dubai. The service here is impeccable - from the afternoon tea service on beautiful towers to the canapes, wine and cocktails available at happy hour. All of the staff here were wonderful, as were the chefs. Ishan, Charm, Angelica and all their colleagues made sure we were never without a drink or something lovely to nibble on. Breakfast at the hotel is also great - with a vast range to choose from and very attentive staff looking after you with teas. coffees and freshly prepared eggs just how you like them. What also amazed me is how everyone seemed to remember our names, often our room numbers and even our favourite drinks. There is nothing like that to make you feel like a VIP! I stay in Accor hotels a great deal throughout the year and I am a Diamond member of ALL. I can honestly say this is one of my best stays of the year.…

Without any exaggeration, Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk is one of the best and most prestigious hotels I have visited in my life inside and outside Dubai. In terms of all directions, service, location and cleanliness of rooms and reception. Also, the staff are very respectful, polite and very cooperative, especially Alaa and Satish. They caught our attention with their classy style and humility with us and their love for serving us some special dishes in the restaurant and they were also very delicious.
