My children and I had a blast at the Grand Mercure! Everything from the staff, the rooms, the ambience.. Breakfast is not to be missed and the Seafood buffet is an absolute MUST. Very generous portions, amazing taste, impeccable service, beautiful decor. Joe is a diamond and so is Cherry-Mae, Elmira, Jowi, Everyone really. Our check-in was stress-free, we received a very warm welcome and hospitality is next to none. I highly recommend and would return in a heartbeat!

Social distancing and COVID precautions were high. Food was delicious and varied. Ferdous was the best server. Knowledgeable about the breakfast products and attentive to guests. Ferdous could not do enough for us. Very natural serving style. Extremely professional. Joe was an awesome host. Super friendly and polite. We will be coming back as the price is competitive. Come early as it’s popular and gets busy!

Had an amazing time in this hotel. They have 1 bedroom apartments with a fully equipped kitchen. The room is pretty big and easily help my family of 4. Great rooftop pool and the hotel is beautifully decorated. Very classy style and we really enjoyed the stay especially with the wonderful offers and friendly staff.
