Hyatt Place Jumeirah is one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. In a foreign land, Hyatt felt like home. The service here is just remarkable. The staff here is super welcoming especially Ms. Agatha, the gallery host, Ms. Mary, the front desk help and Mr. Deepak, the tourist guide are very helpful and humble. The food here is also very fine, it caters to everyone’s taste buds. Don’t even get me started on the beautiful interior and rooms of Hyatt Place Jumeirah, they’re simply stunning. The rooms are comfortable as well as every corner of this hotel is beautiful. The stay was delightful here thanks to every person of the hotel staff for making the stay so comfy and amazing.

Terrible customer service. had to make multiple calls to get things delivered to the room. some times even after multiple calls no one bothered to give you the things you asked for. had to wait an average of 5 to 10 minutes for someone to even ick up the phone.

This is our second stay at Hyatt Place. And just like last time, this was perfect too. The room, hygiene, amenities, overall cleanliness is perfect. The person who checked us in, I, unfortunately, forgot his name - very courteous and friendly. The breakfast has a great spread and most importantly fantastic service. The staff is very helpful.. Agatha helped us throughout - ensuring we had whatever we needed, the chef at the omelet/pancake station, and the person at the bread stand. All super helpful.. During COVID, every other hotel is using it as an excuse to not give the best service, but Hyatt has gone above and beyond.
