It was our the best choice. Hotel and surroundings are breathtaking. Amazing but a little monotonny food. If you are in the main building it is a long way from a beach. To the city center is a hotel bus - it takes 20-25 minutes to go to there.

My family and I stayed in this stunning new hotel and we were very impressed by the hotel as well as with the kind and hospitable staff. I would like to extend a warm thank you to Ajaz and Soukaina from the front office team who were very welcoming upon arrival and made a notable first impression of the hotel and also ensured that our stay was comfortable. Also Raj from the food and beverage team was a real gem too. The hotel and facilities are really fascinating but more importantly the staff is very warm and hospitable. We definitely look forward to coming back again to enjoy some great hospitality yet again.

Worth every penny! Entering the hotel from the back entrance where the Saturday brunch was taking place. Super enthusiastic vibe of the hotel, and walking into the lobby just made things 10x better, what a massive lobby!! A very chill vibe in the hotel, perfect place for getting away. Our room was super beautiful and spot on hygiene, with a perfect room view, couldn't have asked for something better! Oh and can I SAY being an Influencer, the hotel was SUPER Instagrammable, so Instagrammable that I was being spammed by my followers to share endless stories of my stay! Some of them loved it so much that they actually checked into the hotel the very next week and were sending me pictures of their lovely experience. Impeccable safety, generous staff and unforgettable memories created! This one was special! Make sure to explore around the hotel too, there is SOOO MUCH TO DO!!! I wish my stay was longer! Also shout out to ADA at the concierge he literally made our experience so much better with assisting us. HE should get PROMOTED! He was very considerate and helpful. My sister and I stayed here over a weekend, and the hotel is absolutely stunning, the whole design, architecture and lightening inside the hotel is just incredible! Immediately we were welcomed by very polite door staff who helped us with our bags and one of them had a friendly conversation with us as we walked into the hotel and showed us to the reception desks. Check in was simple and we got our room key straight away, the room was gorgeous and very modern. It didn't take us long to want to explore the hotel and all the fun activities they had to offer. There is a shuttle bus that picks hotel guests up from the hotel to the JA sports center where we went to give the shooting range a try. There is also a golf buggy that picks hotel guests up to take you to and from the JA beach hotel which is only less then 5 minute drive. So this was really helpful. The hotel has a number of restaurants, bars and even a rooftop bar which is stunning. We ate at the kinara restaurant, which is a fine dining Indian cuisine and all the dishes were served with beautiful detail and high class service. The tastes of each dish was mind blowing with so many flavors. The breakfast buffet was really nicely set up and they had a huge variety of food to choose from. And we had a view of the golf course while we ate our breakfast which was quite relaxing. Throughout our stay the staff were amazing, the service was excellent and the facilities were fabulous, so much to do and we loved the pool bar and the pool staff were so lively and chatty. In March I stayed at the JA Lake view Hotel with group of 60 polish tourists. Since I worked at the travel agency I’ve visited many hotels so far any of those could be even comparable to what we have experienced at JA Lake View. The hotel itself is beautiful but it is the people who make this place so unique. First of all since the whole check in procedure took approximately 10 minutes ! Which is amazing for such a big group of tourists. Later one the reception was always at our service ready to answer any question and help us with any minor problems. Here I want to thank Mohamed, Narek and lovely dark hair lady from Kazakhstan (if I’m not mistaken) that were always a great help and support! Secondly the All Inclusive package in this hotel is incredible. I’ve never experienced food with such a great quality! All drinks served in glass, nothing from distributors. Great choices of alcoholic beverages such as my favorite Martini :). What is more as part of all inclusive package we could go to many a la carte restaurants which served delicious food. Here I want to thank Basil and Edwin from our favorite Bar Republic for exquisite drinks and making us feel always welcomed. Also great thanks to the crew from the 81restaurant who managed creat a group dinner for us at our last night at the hotel and were always making sure our clients are doing great! I’m sorry I don’t know your names but both breakfast service with two dark hair girls at the help desk and dinner service with Maria behind the counter was perfect. I was always happy to see you :) It’s true hotel is located not close to Dubai center but since hotel is providing buses to Dubai Mall and other tourist attractions a couple times a day that’s not a problem. The whole area of the resort is well designed. Gardens with peacocks wandering freely and palm trees makes you feel as you are in paradise. None out of 63 people in my group had any remarks nor complaints regarding the hotel infrastructure, food, or service! I hope I will have a chance to come back to this hotel and spent another week there to enjoy everything it has to offer !…
