I did the mistake of booking the hotel without looking at any of the reviews, i just scrolled through the pictures and booked it which was the biggest mistake. Only when someone asked me whether I checked the reviews, i had decided to check and let me tell you they were all bad. When i immediately asked to cancel n refund the amount those from booking.com had really assisted and helped but to no avail as the receptionist or someone at the hotel said that their hotel is neat and that they wouldn't give a refund and it was during new year's eve so it wasn't possible to book at other places. The room wasn't neat at all and we did not like staying there, The only good thing was that this was in deira so there were a lot of shops to look around n buy stuff.

I went on holiday in a griup so our leader had originally booked this without fully knowing the conditions of this hotel. It was horrible, we only got to one of rooms when we first got there as they werent prepared for us the windows were cracked/broken they were in horrible condition. The hotel itself makes you feel very uncomfortable as its very noisy, people there are rude i had people there laughing and recording me for no reason. Therefore we decided not to stay. Even the location of the hotel is bad as im a girl and in that area it is dominanted by men, i had people constantly watching me beeping me.i havr never felt so uncomfortable, if i could give this hotel 0 stars i would
