Resort is beautiful and staff is helpful friendly. The spa was not good experience but. I hope it gets better. The resort gives a feel of mini Thailand and you can walk and cover the resort. The beach is relaxing
it was a great experience to be there at anantara. We booked a Pool Villa and this was the best choice we could do. In this times where we should be careful with us and the others this were a great place to be . The service were wonderful and exeptional. The food fantastic and the location in the lagoon is really great
Hotel was amazing, Lady that checked us in, Eve, couldn't have done more to ensure all went to plan. She was so helpful and was only here second week. We had a great time, lagoon access room is a must as is the breakfast. Will defo be back.
Spent the whole day yesterday in Anantara beach and pool area! It was absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! The pool and beach area were big enough for everyone to enjoy and the staff was increadibly friendly! Definitely a destination to visit!
I really enjoyed my stay at the Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, with the perfect introduction being Kumar who took me to my room in a buggy and then helped me change rooms with no fuss. Highlights of my five-night stay: The staff are wonderful - big shout outs to Kumar, Satya in The Beach House and Maya in the Lotus Lounge. I wish that I could remember more of their colleagues' names. The bed was really comfortable and I loved having my private sun lounging area outside the Lagoon access room. Coffee machine with espresso cups was great too. A la carte food was excellent in both Mekong and The Beach House plus the chefs went out of their way to provide lovely vegetarian dishes for breakfast. The massage at the spa was amazing. Room for improvement: No dedicated GHA Discovery check-in area As others have said, towels, bedding and sun-loungers - especially the loungers on the beach - are in need of replacing/refreshing The hotel increases the price of drinks that it offers for its 2 for 1 Happy Hours! For example a small botle of Chang beer is 40 AED at the bars and restaurants while the 2 for 1 drinks menu prices the same bottle at 55 AED. While this is not huge in monetary terms - guests are not stupid. Also, I didn't like how the masseuse tried to sell products. Lastly, birds are often on the outside tables at Crescendo cafe and the staff at breakfast don't shoo them away. P.S it was also really useful to be able to take my Covid PCR test at the hotel before departing Dubai.…
