I stayed there for 5 nights. The personnel are very professional, always at your service with a smile. The rooms were ok. A bit dark. But comfortable bed. It has its own iron with table which was very useful. Cleanliness was just basic. Breakfast was boring everyday with not much choices. The hotel is five mins walk to Deira shopping...

I'd been to this hotel 2 times before, when it's name was "Suha City". But unfortunately this time I didn't enjoy it at all. The room was too small and it hardly had enough space to put the suitcases on the floor! The windows were locked and we couldn't open them. There were no toothbrushes and slippers in the room...

Dubai is awash with lots of quality hotels in all categories but the Raintree in my opinion is not 4 star quality. The rooms are small dark and in need of upgrading. The pool area does not get much sun as it is very small and walls and structures encroach on the space. Never tried the food but had a...

Raintree has a great location, just behind Deira city centre, walking distance to the metro, and just a few minutes drive from the airport which makes this hotel very convenient. Basic standard of the room, but quite spacious. Comfy bed. The draw back might be that the rooms feel little worn out and need an upgrade soon. But good value...

Stayed here for 8 nights - with only minor issues. Staff and Hotel are excellent. Room was large and comfortable. Slight odour in the bathroom was fixed as soon as I mentioned it. Close to large shopping mall and airport. Would stay again.

I came to Dubai on a business trip and booked a hotel but my booking was messed up so I was left trying to find another hotel in a week that Dubai hosted a business conference and there were NO HOTELS available unless you wanted to pay £600++ per night. I finally (and thankfully) found this hotel via Booking.com -...

Nothing to commend about the hotel, average standard hotel worth for the price you pay online. Hotel charges DHR 1000 per night for walk in guest which I personally think is a rip off but deal prices you get on tripadvisor is worth for the price of this hotel. Hotel is situated in a superb location. Walking distance from Deria...
