Very impressed with this hotel. The grand entrance lobby gives you an idea of the standard of hotel as you enter and nothing disappointed. The first mention must go to the fantastic, friendly and courteous staff throughout - thank you for making it a pleasurable stay. As a Hilton Diamond member, I was upgraded to a king deluxe suite, which was big, modern and well appointed, with a nice size lounge, separate bedroom, lovely bathroom and a kitchenette. It was on a high floor, so also has panoramic views across the city. The executive lounge was one of the best I have encountered. It was big and comfortable, with a great selection of snacks and soft drinks all day. The complimentary *happy two hours" every evening, where a large range of alcoholic drinks and buffet food was served, was a real bonus, given the price of alcohol in Dubai! The outdoor pool was lovely, as was the well kitted gym. Food and drinks from the restaurants and bars was top quality, albeit not particularly cheap. But then, this is a Conrad and it is Dubai, so should be expected. It is not the most centrally located hotel, but this isn't a deal breaker as transport links and surrounding infrastructure are good, which makes for easy travelling around the city. I would definitely return and would recommend for a nice, comfortable and good quality stay in Dubai.…

I have been frequently staying at conrad Dubai since 2016. This march i had two bookings with a days differnece reserved at booking.com website. I tried cancelling both of them few hours before deadline but due to some glitch it still got confirmed. I tried contacting their UK heloline send them number of msgs tried contacting conrad dubai hel desk but none worked out. After r trying all possible mediums i dropped down a msg on trip advisor and Ms. Yasmeen from conrad contacted me immediately. She understood the matter, apologised, invited over coffee and waived off the panelty which was charged as deadline passed. I am veey relieved and grateful to this platform and conrad management all in all

I came conrad hotel for joint in side conference everything is great. The room is very clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful especially Gamze. She is very good about welcoming. The pool area ambience is amazing. The ballaro restaurant is good but need more options.

Lovely Executive room, very comfortable bed and it had a lovely bathroom with everything provided. We very much enjoyed going to the Executive lounge 3 times a day and this was a super experience, comfortable seating and views across the city to the coastline. The food and drinks served were exceptional and the service in the lounge was very good, especially mentioning Roshani who was most friendly and helpful and bought us drinks and food whenever we needed it. The chef Bishnu prepared the tastiest array of food each day. We treated ourselves to a couple’s massage in the spa and that was a treat with one of the best deep tissue massages we have had, perfect after our long flight! We also made us of the sauna and steam room and the pool area outside was also superb, a little oasis in Dubai centre. Besides this, the location of the hotel was perfect for sightseeing, as it is close to the Museum of the Future, and the metro is next door so we were able to move around the city easily and quickly to other locations, including the world’s largest shopping mall to see the Dubai Fountains and Burj Khalifa (only 3 stops away). We can’t recommend the Conrad enough and will certainly return there again in the future. 5* from us. …

We had a good experience staying there.. Massive rooms, amazing hospitality.. The valet parking manager mohammed pervaze was a very helpful and friendly guy .. The hotel is ideal for business meetings.. There is a metro right beside one more advantage.. Easy connect to old Dubai and new Dubai.. Perfect place to stay on business travel to UAE

I am in love with Conrad hotel. One of the luxury hotel in the heart of Dubai and the amazing offer it offers..totally worth of every penny. Check in was so smooth no hassle. Big amazing pool with oasis vibe..big spacious room. Our housekeeper Romit was so talented. He made everyday amazing bed decorations and kept us enough amenities. Bell attendent and concierge were so kind to give us detail information. Amazing.
