I want to say that THIS PLACE WAS SUPER AMAZING CLEAN - OMG LEVEL COURTEOUS AND AMAZING FOR BUSINESS AND LEISURE- WOW FROM EVER ASPECT OF MANAGEMENT TO EVERY EMPLOYEE- Felt like the old days where At WHATEVER level there was amazing Customer Service- and there was. I stayed for around a week and a half and the location was perfect breakfast great... And just a spectacular experience. It is a three Star Hotel with Five Star Service and Cleanliness - I could walk to the Metro easily and shopping and really I just cant say enough- Great work to them!

For the money, this is a decent hotel. Great location next to the Dubai Canal, Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay and Downtown. They have free parking in the basement and the staff are nice. I found the bed to be very comfortable. The negative aspects would be many of the clientele who do not seem to have any concept of common courtesy in regards to noise; such as gathering in the doorway and chatting at 2am or families letting their kinds run and scream down the hallway early in the morning. This is not a quiet hotel. Second negative would be the slight damp, old, sweaty smell that lingers in the room if you do not have the AC on. But for a budget traveler, this is just part of the experience:)
