We wanted an experience that goes beyond the destination or the brand. The results was far bellow expectations as We couldn't even reach a regular 5* hotel in term of service and customer attention. Yes, the site is very nice. The food is great. But the service is far from expectations, the customer attention is Nonexistent. Small daily details are clearly not in the culture of ElNaseem. You are lucky when the room is ready early enough, or when they add soap before you ask for it. Don't expect any welcoming drink or fruits in the room, even when paying pricey nights... it is to me an average 5*, but 3 times more expensive....

Our first stay in Jumeirah al Naseem has just been perfect. We stayed at the Hotel with another family and in total 5 kids. We visited a lot of Hotels in Dubai but for me this one is just the best. Service, Beach, Cleaning, Food, Pool...For me there is nothing to add. We will certainely come back.

The service in the restaurant was amazing! They went out of their way to make us happy. Satya and melanie were very very friendly! We felt so welcomed! Really wonderful people I really recommend this restaurant!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is my second time staying in al naseem.as usual,jumeirah gave thoughtful care service. I have to say it’s amazing hotel in my stay experience.wonderful staff especially from our breakfast ,the hostess is comfortable to talk and staff tauseef gave wow experience .as a Chinese I really enjoy the crystal din sum with spicy sauce.it really makes me feel home care.thank you so much jumeirah family.
