Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So far the best hotel we have stayed at in Iran. The location is perfect - very close to all the main attraction sites. The hotel itself is beautiful and the garden inside is adorable. Large and traditional rooms were great for immersing into Isfahan architecture. Not to mention a great breakfast with a selection of different fresh foods. The highlight of our stay was, however, the staff - incredibly helpful, organized, proactive and friendly. They organized a great day trip for us and had a wide range of other trips available. We also had a great time with hotel staff when they took us to Ashura events. Definitely a great place to stay in Isfahan!

I really liked my staying in this hotel wile visiting Isfahan! It's close to Imam's Square you should definitely visit at night. Friendly personal, wonderful atmosphere, simple but tasty breakfasts. I was staying here for 3 nighs. Personal tries to resolve any rising issues. Rooms are different, room 109 is really nice to stay. Guests were even invited to religious ceremonies as it was some celebrations in the city at that time! It was amazing! Highly recommend!! Definitely A+

I stayed in this hotel because it’s close to the Naqsh-e Jahan Square and bazaar. They also had safe parking for my motorbike. I got the best room with a fantastic interior. The hotel offers a free guided tour too. I had a good chat with the hotelmanager about my travels on a motorbike. Aram can also help you to get the visa application and she’s a fantastic person. We even went for a drink together😝👍. The restaurant serves very good food and cocktails! If you go to Isfahan that’s the place to be!👍🇮🇷👌
