The building itself is beautiful, but you want more from you hotel than sightseeing!! We paid 70 Euros per night for a room which shares bathroom with at least 4 more rooms! This in a country that a luxury VIP bus ticket for more than 400km costs 8 euros.. Queuing and going out of the building to visit the toilet...

We stayed during January and it was quite cold for Australian travellers, the room was lovely but the heating could have been better. The house is beautifully restored and Soufi was very friendly and offers a nice breakfast and dinner if requested. The location is good, 10 minute walk to traditional Irania restaurants, shopping and Imam square. I would recommend...

I stayed at Dibai House in the low season (mid-November) in a week when it was really cold, and as a single female traveler. This beautifully and imaginitively restored traditional Esfahan house offers a wonderful alternative to the modern and, in my opinion, characterless hotels so numerous in Iran. The staff including Soufie, the owner (I didn't get a chance...

We spend two nights at Dibai House and had the most lovely time! It's small traditional B&B managed by an very helpful young lady who make sure guests feel at home. The house is incredibly charming and is organised around a fresh courtyard with a decorative pool and some trees. We had twin room (70€/night) equally charming, spacious and comfortable....

The house in itself is a lovely place in a typical Iranian style with a beautiful atrium. The location is ok, the area is not great but it is walking distance from main Esfahan attraction sites (about 20 minutes walk to Esfahan Square). The owner speaks French fluently which some French travelers might find helpful (although not that much since you...

Beautifully restored old authentic Iranian house with a pleasant courtyard not far from the Jamed mosque actually nearby the Bazaar. The owners are a Mother and a Daughter. We only met the Mother who is a very kind lady who can give advice about restaurants in the Bazaar and elsewhere.

The room and the breakfast were good. But, considering the price of hotel, we expected a cleaner and nicer bathroom. The wifi only worked near the owner's room, so most of the time we could not connect. When we stayed, in December 2015, the courtyard looked nothing like the pictures, the fountain was covered up and the floor was not...

I am very surprised to see very bad reviews about the Dibai house, escpecially because people complain about things that did not bother me that much. First, the house is a lovely place, very well renivated by Soufie (the owner). I loved the blue natural paint in the courtyard, the ''hammam'' with the mirror work and the lovely rooms (cloroed...
