Well, the hotel isn't much but when I looked around I felt it was the best option for me. Don't be a hygiene freak if you wanna attend such a hotel. The reception team were polite. Everything was ok until the moment I wanted to sleep and I discovered that sheets were dirty. I asked for others but they weren't clean as well. It was surprising since the hotel looks new and it has a good location inside the city.

Currently this is the best hotel in the city. Location, service and price are ok. A family runs the place and they are very attentive to the guest needs. Do not expect a 5 stars' treatment if you are a frequent traveler but be sure this is the best hotel available in Baalbeck for now.
