This hotel is a true Saudi hotel that is furnished in authentic Saudi style. The hotel staff provide excellent customer service. Karim ensures that you have everything you need in order to make sure your stay is comfortable. The wait staff are very professional and my room was cleaned every day. The only issues were the weak water pressure and...

This is a rather tired looking hotel. It is not linked to any major brand and this shows in the state of the fittings. The first thing I noticed was a not too pleasant odour in the lobby area and the reception desk looked very worn out. Fortunately the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was a very average offering.

Nice hotel at a very convenient location. Lobby is quite impressive and rooms are very neat and clean. Service is good and morning breakfast buffet is quite decent. Hotel is close to other eateries nearby like Al Baik.
