The hotel was even more beautiful than we expected from the photos. Gorgeous landscaping too! The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and the included breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious!

Stayed three nights as part of a package tour. Most rooms are in two-storey pavillion-style blocks radiating out from the main hotel complex. Very comfortable with verandas overlooking the gardens and fields beyond. Good restaurant (part open air) serving Lao and international dishes. Popular as a conference venue but huge site means you don't notice the people. Superb pool with...

Luang Prabang is a jewel in a green paradise. The intimate boutique Villa Santi Hotel just adds to the enjoyment. It is a French colonial oasis well maintained with spacious rooms and a friendly gentle staff right in the middle of the tourist sites in the city, The monk parade passes right past the door each morning. Dining on the...

Read the reviews on tripadvisor and was excited about the hotel. On arrival was given a room in the annex, which was across the road from the main hotel. The room allocated to us smelt very musty and it was almost hard to breath in there. Since we had arrived late in the day, we decided to stay for the...

Great location. We have enjoyed being in town at this location, but it is noisy in the day next to the school and the air conditioning was also noisy. If you open the windows, you hear everyone's aircon. The rooms are large and clean with okay amenities. It is a little overpriced but due to the season you pay more....

Almost everything was perfect in our room, the royal suite, which was located on the ground floor of the main building. The room was spacious, the bathroom was equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. We spent two nights there, and the only nuisance was the very noisy A/C, which was difficult to control. We got three bottles of...

My husband and I spent two nights in Villa Santi Hotel during our visit to Laos. There are two separate hotels: Villa Santi Hotel and Villa Santi Resort and Spa. The hotel is located close to the city center (restaurants, museum, shops, night market, etc). The resort and spa is 4km away in the countryside surrounded by rice fields with...

Great little boutique hotel, lots of character, great service, great breakfast and v friendly staff. In fact the staff are amazing with having to deal with so many nationalities and always trying to speak some of the clients languages. Well done. My other kiwi friends always stay here every time and I would stay here again.

This hotel is perfectly located in the middle of the city. I love the old charm, dark wood floors and stairs, and classic architecture. The breakfast always had a good selection with fresh omelet egg station, fruit, breads, and beverages. The room we booked was not available when we arrived so they gave us a room that was similar (two...

This hotel is right in the middle of the old town within walking distance from both rivers as well as the most important attractions. The decoration is rustic, the rooms are clean and cool and the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. There are many shops and restaurants on the same street and the nightmarket is just a short...
