Unfortunately we booked to be picked up at the airport and although we emailed and phoned to confirm p, somehow the message didn't get through. This can be a problem as buying the kip currency outside Laos is very difficult and several peoples cards would not work in the ATM's which left people in difficultty trying to get to their...

The service people everywhere were very nice and polite. We stayed 3 nights at the villa and we liked it very much. If you are looking for quiet, relaxing & extremely charming with...

We stayed here for a week with our 3 children (11, 9 and 8). They transferred us to 2 adjacent rooms to make it easier for us, with no fuss. The restaurant staff were happy to adapt meals to suit our dietary needs (vegan and gluten-free) and the red, green and yellow curries were delicious. The kids loved splashing about...

This hotel is outstanding. The surroundings, pool, grounds, restaurant are all great. Breakfast buffet is excellent and extensive. The management and staff were incredibly helpful when I had a bum stomach on the second day. The Hotel Manager offered to send hot tea with ginger which helped alleviate the discomfort. He would check on me every time he sees me...

and very comfortableDuring our recent tour of Laos/Vietnam/Cambodia staying at 4 - 5 star hotels, Palais Juliana was a stand-out experience for us. The room was large, well appointed and very comfortable, offering all the amenities of much larger luxury hotels. The polite staff were very accommodating of our need, the restaurant menu offered deliciously prepared meals, and their swimming...

located away from the town although they provide a shuttle. Lack of dining options is a handicap especially since it is away from town. Breakfast is good. Grounds, pool are very good. Rooms are spacious but plumbing was erratic. They use heavy ceramic containers for soap, shampoo, prone to fall down and break (mine did and they charged me for...

Dear Sunilpatel, Thank you for doing this review. It lets us know some concerns that we need to address and at the same time we appreciate your positive words on our breakfast, grounds and the pool.
