Really lovely guesthouse. Rooms really clean and comfy beds. It is in a great location for the sights of Luang Prabang, within walking distance of plenty of restaurants and the night market. But the best thing about this place is the staff, they are incredibly friendly and so helpful, making our stay in Luang Prabang perfect.

Stayed here for a week on a very hard bed. Woken up every morning at 6.00 am with the morning by groups watching Monk alms. If you want to stay somewhere quiet and get some sleep this is not the place. The staff were friendly.

There are lots of lovely peaceful back streets in Luang Prabang, unfortunately this hotel is not on one of them. Thin walls, lots of trafic and 5am monks passing (the monks are quiet but the tourists looking at them aren't) combined with hard beds made for limited sleep. On the upside, its handy; easy to get to both rivers, close...

Do not stay here!!! Their beds are the worst thing any of us have ever experienced. My boyfriend hurt his shoulder rolling over in his sleep and has still not been able to go back to work since his injury. It ruined the remaining week of our trip. We spent a week in Bangkok and had to stay in our...

I would strongly recommend Villa champa for its great location. The villa is located at the middle of Nam Khan river & Mekong river, and also at the middle of the morning/night market and Wat Xieng Thong at the other end. Everything is within walking distant. Especially the boat station to Pak Ou Cave is only about 2-3 mins walking...

We stayed for 2 nights and were impressed with the cleanliness and size of the room. Was nice to have a ceiling fan as well as air conditioning and the view from the balcony was great for people watching. Very close to the shopping precinct and other activities. The staff were very helpful and friendly, although communication was an issue...

Villa Champa has such a lovely ambiance. You feel right at home here. The rooms are spacious and very clean and the decor is very Lao. I had a ground floor room and was glad that I did. The monks walked right past my room every morning and I could watch them without intruding. This is a very special ceremony...

My husband and I switched Luang Prabang Guesthouses after three nights due to availability, and moved from Phone Praseuth (wonderful!) to Villa Champa. It looked great from the street, the location could really not be better, staff was helpful, the price was fine, and we ended up totally delighted with our two-night stay. Our room was SO clean, our balcony...

Went here once with work. Decided to come again with family. If you are looking for nice and clean room in centre of LPB with a very reasonable price, then look no further. You'll be walking distance from many of the places worth seeing within city limits. We paid around 25 USD for double room per night, which was definitely...

Stayed three times at this guesthouse, both on business and on holiday. It is simple but very cozy and in a good location. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prefer the rooms-which by the way are big- on the upper floor. It is good value for money.
