Neat clean and run by a great bunch of people. Stayed here 3 nights. The location is superb with proximity to lots of restaurants and the railway station. Very professionally managed. But breakfast items start getting over by 8.30 and refills don't happen on everything.

Wasn’t expecting any luxury but this was basic. Staff all friendly enough. We had a room on 6th floor. Light didn’t work, fridge didn’t work but was stocked. Fixed light and sorted fridge, which goes off when not in the room as connected to the room power key card. Breakfast OK. Wi Fi exceedingly slow. Bar closes at 10pm. Whilst we were there the builders were working around the spa bath and hot tubs and everything has a soft sheen of dust. Good job we were out on private tour dawn till dusk. Very basic.

This little hotel was very clean and basic. Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, the staff were very friendly and helpful which made our stay all the more enjoyable. Nice little roof top terrace with small spa sized pools to sit in and cool down.

We were arriving in Mandalay early morning and they let us checked in right at our arrival. The room is clean and has all facilities including a mini fridge. You can also rent a bike for free!! And they also have Scooter (semi auto and auto) full of gas for a reasonnable price. The staff are really nice and helpful. It was a nice week end. I recommend this place for a low/middle budget if you want to have an enjoyable stay!
