We stayed a long time at the hotel and liked it. The staff is friendly and helpful. Unfortunately they did not clean the room even we stayed 5 nights. AC was only to turn on or off,so too cold in the night. The room was clean and not loud, only when the staff came cleaning the floor they always woke us...

I stayed in a single room on first floor, I think it was nr. 104. Quite good size for being a single, and with 2 windows, so very bright, and clean. There was a ceiling fan, aircon (quite noisy) and a bathroom with hot water. Price was 14 USD. Breakfast is served on the 4th floor restaurant, nice view, but,...

A nice hotel in a bustling area of Mandalay. Rooms were clean with a/c facilities. The breakfast included was one of the best we have had so far in Myanmar. The reception staff were very helpful with advice, maps and hiring out of a scooter. They always had a smile on their face and were extremely friendly.

Cheap, clean, good location, good breakfast, nice staff! We enjoyed our stay here (3 nights) and would recommand this place if you want to stay in the center of Mandalay and you have a small budget! You can book bus for everywhere in this hotel and the companies pick you up directly in the hotel. You can also rent bikes...

Quite enjoyed our stay here. It was just a funny little hotel close to most things you'll need to see. There's lots of people hanging around the hotel for any type of service from cyclo, taxi to massage. Most will/can take you to Mandalay hill or the nearby 3 old cities of Ava, Mingun and Sagaing. A couple of drivers...

Our standard room was basic but with room enough for one night before our flight. The bed was ok. the bathroom was ok. The shower managed to leak water on the floor being in a tub with no shower curtain. The bathroom was almost as big as the bedroom area. The water draining in the pipes in the walls was...

Stayed for 2 nights in a single room with double bed and ensuite with breakfast for $15 a night. Not an especially good room but adequate for a comfortable night's sleep as it was clean, had a fan and aircon and hot water. No TV in the room but one in the lobby and free wifi works in the lobby...

We stayed here for 3 night. The staff are mostly very helpful except for the chap on reception he was a tad rude at times. The location is great for visiting sights and getting around. The room was decent, and had an en suite bathroom with hot water. Breakfast was included and it was a pretty good breakfast too. Wifi...

Found this hotel by chance. I think that the value is very good by Myanmar standards - $15 single. The place is basic and clean, but might seem noisy to some due to the concrete construction. If you need charm and ambience, go elsewhere. But if you are a solo traveler looking for decent value and good location, I didn't...

I think the Lonely Planet guide does not do justice to the type of hotel this is. Yes, at $22 for a double room it's in par with much of Burma. However, the place is filthy, the front desk were not helpful (contrary to our experience in every other hotel here in Myanmar) and there were tons of mosquitoes, even...
