The hotel is located in center of the town, the touristic area. There are lots of restaurants and bars nearby, plus the 2 squares, Big and Small, where are concerts and other public performances. The building itself is an old one, transformed, which gives it an interesting style. No elevator, unfortunately, so be careful with luggage. Rooms are clean, with... More

The hotel was very nice and clean. The hotel is not on the ground floor it is in the top floors of this building. There is no elevator so you will have to carry your bags up 2 or 3 flights of stairs so be aware of this. The hotel serves breakfast which is a pretty standard European style breakfast.... More

Hotel is centrally located. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking is in the square in front the hotel and costs $12 a day, which is a lot in Romania. We had room 101 which has two levels with a very narrow staircase in between without a banister.

We stayed here for 2 nights. If you have trouble climbing stairs then this hotel isn't for you. It has 2 flights before you get to the Reception area and then if you have a room above that, you need to go up another 2. This is very tiring when having to cart suitcases up. The room was a good... Fantastic location on small quiet square of Disney Sibiu. Park your car just there. Ugliest decor lacking taste and tidiness but very helpful and pleasant staff. Breakfast is good lacking better ham suppliers. Hotel needs to be completely refurbished since customers fill it all year round. Two stars should suffice.

Foreign tourist oriented hotel, very good location, the prices are higher than most hotels especially because of the location and the history of the building. A wonderful touch are the wooden support beams that originate more than 200 years ago. Very friendly and helpful staff that compensated for the lack of internet. The room was a standard, not a deluxe.... More

We arrived at the Council and were welcomed and shown to a comfortable and spacious room. The staff were very helpful and explained about the parking in the square we decided that it was fine to leave the car there and pay the higher rate as it was still less than paying for hotel private parking in many hotels that... We stayed here for 2 nights. I liked the old style of the hotel and also the building's appearance. Personnel is very kind and helpful. We had some free drinks in the mini bar (juices and water). Bed is very comfortable and I also enjoyed the room view&breakfast (coffee is very delicious). Location..! One of the best! In the heart... More

We stayed for one night to sightsee the town. Room: The room was extremely large with an upstairs sitting area. The bed was a good size and comfortable but the bed cover was too small for the bed. The bathroom was clean and the shower very nice. WIFI: We had problems connecting to the wifi, we discussed the problem with... More
