I've given this hotel 2 points because of its hardworking staff. Otherwise, it would have rated 1 out of 5. There is obviously no maintenance staff on its payroll. In the public areas, many lights are out, some still flickering before joining the ones that are already out. In our room, the carpet was so worn, it came off on...

This is the worse hotel I have ever been. It is so old and and dirty. The bed is not a real one, it is actually like a sofa covered with thorn sheets! The internet is so bad. Our air conditioner was not working and they did nothing about it! This hotel does not deserve a star!

Too old, air condition is not working, wifi is not working, no sound isolation (you can feel and hear the cars inside the room), stains on the walls and on the bed sheet. It should be rated 1 star instead of 4. I'd never stay here unless they keep it free. Only good thing of staying here is knowing that...

We stayed here for one night as part of a G Adventures Tour. Hotel rooms are big and clean. View not great. The air conditioner worked a treat which was a blessing as it was so hot when we were in Mostar. Good breakfast in the morning and fast wifi.

This is a very tired hotel who's only redeeming feature was that its next to the shopping centre and we needed to go shopping. It took me 15 minutes to rinse my hair because the water pressure as so low. It's a long spooky walk to the old town so I would not recommend it.

Stayed 1 night at this hotel, 5 minutes walk to Mepas Mall. Some rooms have balconies with good view. Simple old countryside hotel with small dim lobby. Do not expect it to be international 4**** as it placed on their website. Compact room with poor WiFi connection. Need to go lobby to use the WIFI. Unlikely to come again.

I have been to Mostar twice, ten years apart, and by coincidence I stayed at this hotel both times. The hotel is large with a wide variety of rooms. The rooms are a litte dated, and I am never to happy when the floors are covered with carpets. The rooms are, however, clean and that is what is most important...

A little shabby and in need of renovation, but location is pretty good. Rooms are clean, breakfast abundant and staff very nice and helpful. There were some negatives however. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room further away from the lift. It took as a while to fall asleep - noisiest lift hydraulics I ever came across....

Despite the decline from it's obvious high class state this hotel ticks plenty of boxes in the low to mid range bracket. At 50 euros, a double room per night including breakfast, ok it's not awesome, you get a clean tidy room with a warm shower, safe, quiet and only 300m from the bus and train station. Staff are very...

I stayed at the Hotel Ero with my two young sons for a night so we could visit the bridge and Mostar old town. I wasn't sure what to expect after previous reviews, but we had a comfortable stay there. The hotel is huge - although was surprisingly empty when we stayed. We had a very large two-bedroom suite -...
