Booked this hostel as part of the Balkan backpacker network you get a 10℅ discount for booking directly, and have enjoyed their properties in other other countries. Have to say I was disappointed with this hostel. It is very basic, only a couple of powerpoints in the dorm,no individual lights, and is really a family home rather than a hostel. No...

I discovered mostar in June 2012 and I fall in love with this wonderful city and this seculary bridge ! From this time, I always stay at Miran’s Hostel. It’s the best place you can find in mostar ! You will feel at home when you will arrive, because of Bosnian hospitality, and miran’s sense of helpfulness and humour. In...

Amazing stay. Everything was perfectly clean, the breakfast was great, and the owners were so friendly and helpful. Definitely do the tour if you get the opportunity, it's amazing! Would recommend to everyone.

I stayed at Miran's over a few nights and that was one of the best hostel experience I've ever had. The bed and rooms was very comfortable and clean, so was the toilet. Facilities available made it very convenient. But the most important was the atmosphere made by the staff - Miran and his family. The guests were entertained by...

We did not stay at the hostel but had the unfortunate experience of going on Miran's war tour. The reviews we had read were great and we had really been looking forward to it. Miran's personality flips between fun and kind to sleazy, obnoxious, rude, and downright scary. His mood fluctuated throughout the day and we were insulted and yelled...

The most amazing hostel we have ever stayed at. More often than not the hosts are nowhere to be seen but Miran was an absolutely amazing host. From sharing his life stories to having general chats Miran is the ideal host. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, facilities were great. We were so gutted we couldn't stay longer. Miran...

This guy Miran is quite a character. He can be nice and inviting one second and then literally flip on you. This made me feel a bit uncomfortable and confused. The dorm is ok, however no shower/toilet in the second floor that houses two dorm rooms.

Great hostel in a great location. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the beds were comfy. With breakfast included you can't fault it for the price. Miran is great and a fantastic source of information about the history of the area. Can highly recommend the tour. It's a fantastic way to explore the area and worth every penny.

Me and my friend stayed at Miran's hostel for 3 nights and had absolutely great experience. Miran and his wife are wonderful hosts, very friendly and helpful. Straight away they make you feel at home and no one is a stranger. Even people coming for a tour from different places are welcomed to have a breakfast together. The location is...

Nice accommodation, really homely. Miran is a stand up guy and makes the whole experience unique and amazing. His tour is a must as you get a really good understanding of whats around and the history of the city. 👌🏿

“When on the main room to the east of the hostel, look for the "Xerox" sign on the street (it will be on your left side if you're looking north). Go down this alley for about 200 feet. It will be on your left side and there's a very small sign about the door with the words "Miran" on it. There is another hostel just next door (Madjas), which also looked very nice so if Miran is full, I'd recommend trying this one as well.”
