Excellent stay at hostel Elena, really nice, helpful owner who, when we arrived at 11pm, organised a transfer for us for 8am the next day to Plitvice lakes (a must do). He also pointed us in the direction of the cheap cocktail bar around the corner, muchly appreciated! Superb location right on the edge of the old town, we stayed...

Great location and staff are really friendly. It was raining on the day I was heading to Plitvice Lakes and the receptionist fashioned me a black bag and gave me an umbrella for my walk to the bus. Also had my bag, etc ready in my room when I came back as I had booked an extra night. Wifi wasn't...

I really liked my stay at Hostel Elena. It had a great kitchen and clean bathrooms. The laundry service was nice and the rooms were spacious and clean. There's a/c and windows. It's right next to some really great bars and restaurants as well as the pier. It's only 10-15 minutes from other beaches as well. I'm only rating it...

Stayed for 3 nights in a 4 bed dorm with ensuite and loved it here. The lady on reception was so helpful and gave us loads of recommendations and ideas of things to do. The room was super clean and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Huge lockers with keys in the room. Lovely powerful showers and loads of space...

Excellent location right near the water and the cleanest hostel I have stayed in. Good facilities with nearby markets for food supplies. Best part is the lovely man who owns the hostel and is keen to help with a smile on his face and always up for a convo!

A rocky beginning when no one seemed home mid afternoon and no one answered the number when we called. But other than that, this was a great place to stay. The staff, particularly Nina, were very friendly and helpful. We had a two bedroom private room with a shared bathroom which was clean and simple. The shower was one of...

I stumbled upon this gem of hostel. The host is extremely helpful! He would move mountains to help out his guests. Each bed is 100 HRK regardless of the room size. The beds are insanely comfortable, bathrooms are clean. It costs 50 HRK for laundry but it's worth it. My clothes have never been so clean in my entire life...

We stayed in this hostel for a few nights in August - September. We didn't book anything, but stumbled upon in while looking for a room. The hostel is cheaper than most other hostels and it's very clean and spacious. It's located in the old town of Zadar, a few meters from the water with it's stunning sunsets. We slept...

I spent one night here and it was great! The mattresses are foam so one of the best nights sleep i have had in 3 weeks! The hostel is in a great location in the old town close to the water on one side and all the bars and cafes on the other. I would come back here for sure!

Great location, clean hostel with good wifi and very good price. We stayed in the 4 bed dorm which had an en suite bathroom with shower and toilet and a locker each (lock provided). Secure building 2 minutes from the sea and 5 minutes from the town centre. Owner was friendly - although maybe a little too much as he...

“If possible take smaller room (with less beds) as this can make your stay more comfortable, but it's a bit more expensive that rooms with more beds.”
