- fab location....buses run to the old town right out side the hotel, until the early hour. - The cleanliness of hotel and rooms are superb, special thanks to Kate. - It is worth paying extra for a sea view...the views are amazing. - Hotel staff are great. Overpriced? On arrival we had to wait for room and when it was ready there was no offer to help with cases despite being on top floor and there being no lift. Staff weren't particularly helpful or welcoming which was a shame as we had booked for a special occasion. It didn't feel special! The beach was nice but there...

Upon first arrival we were placed in a separate building from the main building. The rooms are old and brutal really. Nothing like the pictures on the website. See the pics I attached. We requested the rooms on the website they have posted, was told there is none available and we could move the next night; which we did. There...

Really nice stay here, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfy. Not much to do in the evening at this hotel though-which was bad news when the heavy storms hit Dubrovnik. Regardless this is a really nice place to stay, with its own beach and short walk to town, and bus stops nearby it...

We stayed at the Vis for 10 days in September 2014. We were a little concerned at the mixed reviews but booked regardless. We had booked a sea view and got room 353 which did not disappoint, we overlooked the beach and the bay. The rooms are little 1970's but a good size and I prefer the charm than some...

We stayed here for 1 week in August this year. We paid extra for a room with sea view and it was well worth it. How lovely to be lulled to sleep by the lapping of the waves on the beach. The restaurant, cafe and bar all overlook the sea and beach which is right outside the hotel. The staff...

Dear Madam / Sir, Thank you for staying with us. Also we thank you for your compliments about hotel staff, cleanliness and location. In future we will certainly pay more attention to the volume of the music at the bar; thank you for your warning. We appreciate your recommendation to your family or friends. Until next visit, best regards from...

I loved this hotel. The views were breathtaking, the location fantastic and the staff were pleasant and helpful. The only issues which I had with the hotel was the fact that it didn't have a lift which was unacceptable especially given that guests had suitcases which we had to negotiate up and down stairs. The other criticism was the lack...

We were booked in for four nights but left after one. Arrived late and no place to park. Couldn't get into the property because desk clerk (who could see us in his TV monitor) was too lazy or didn't care to open the gate. Very few parking spaces for the size of the hotel. One of the night staff helped...

When we arrived there are no lifts in the hotel and nobody offered to help with our bags up 3 floors. Staff not friendly and quite rude. Rooms very basic and quite small.
