I stayed here 3 nights with my friends in july 2014. We had a great time as the hotel is super close to where all the action takes place and right next to the mural city. We had a bad experience at the beginning because our bus ride from Split arrived really late, and we had to wait almost an... More

I stayed for a long weekend in Dubrovnik and really enjoyed my time here. Comfortable accommodation - only let down by the noise once in a while. Definitely good value. I would recommend this for 3-4 nights but more than that and you might want to pay a little extra for some creature comforts that are not available here -... More

10 minutes after we drove into Dubrovnik we saw the sign "rooms & parking". 5 minutes later we settled into one of the rooms. It was very good - like a 4 stars hotel room.very clean + free wifi . It's only 100 meters from the old city gate and the cable car. The price was very reasonable - 60... More

We had an awful experience at Villa Kosuta and I recommend staying away from this apartment. We reserved directly through Ana in May and received confirmation from her, saying the room was booked for our three night stay in September. The day we were meant to arrive, we e-mailed her confirming our arrival time. She responded and said she would... More

Villa Kosuta was one of the most expensive accommodations I have had in Europe, and also one of the worst. The apartment was small, shabby and run down. There was no view of any kind, since the apartment was below the ground, which made it feel more like a basement. The "teracce" was just a couple of m2 and shared with... More

At first I was a little startled by this hotel since it did not seem exactly as advertised on the internet. It is more rustic and in the nature more of a pensione or boarding house than a hotel. Having said this the rooms were okay and amenities worked fine but could use some upgrades. I was originally on the... More

...but that having been said I had a really lovely time here. I went with my husband and my 8 month old daughter. The hospitality of the Kosutas was really something special- they were so friendly to us, gave us maps and tips of where to buy food/go to the beach/things to do. They even moved a bunch of cars... We stayed here for one night. It is very close to the old town of Duvbrovnik. Our room had everything we needed but no more than that. Cleaning was not very good but clean enough. The owner is a very friendly lady. We got a nice map and she explained us where to go and helped us to park our... More

This place was most definately not as it seemed in the web site. As has been said by others, the owner is very friendly but the place could do with around £1500 spent on each room. Our first room was at the front of the house (the entrance is up a small ally, and stairwell divides the house into those... More
