I enjoyed the location of the apartments however there are a lot of steps- not recommended for disabled access. The apartment was comfortable and we also had our laundry washed for free which was great. There is a small pool but no towels are provided for pool use (this would have been handy for us as we were on a...

We had a lovely stay at Villa Katarina. The balcony and view were wonderful. The rooms were clean and well kept. We found staying in Lapad worked out really well as there are lots of very good restaurants in this area, the old town is only a ten minute bus ride away (after the ten minute walk to the bus...

The place was fantastic, had modern, up to date amenities nice swimming pool for the kids to splash around. We had a good holiday. We were four families together. However the accessibility is a nightmare, and you are not aware of this till you get there - when it's a bit late. You must drive a manual car , automatic...

Stayed at the bottom floor apartment with my wife and 2 kids at the end of September, and would definitely recommend Villa Katarina to anyone looking for accommodation in Dubrovnik. The sea views are amazing even from the bottom floor, the small pool is ideal for a coolling dip and sun lounging, the apartments are well appointed and stylish with...

A beautiful place to stay, views of a Blue Adriatic from my terrace, spotlessly clean and very well equiped, even down to tea-towels and washing -up liquid. The hosts were courtous, pleasant, and helpful, but never intrusive. My only gripe is lack of room service, (maybe this is normal, for Apartments in Dubrovnik) and only one small bathroom mirror. be careful , the tiles beside...

We loved our six night stay in Villa Katarina. Our apartment was large, comfortable and featured everything we required. The location was great and there was no noise which is very important for us. Bed was comfortable and we had great rest after exploring Dubrovnik. The owner Petar was friendly, helpful and provided great info regarding places to visit. We...

Clean and nice apartments in a nice style. The view from our balkony (Blue Hortensia) is wonderful. Everything close in the city like old town and so on. Close to restaurants and shopping in Lapad. Many stairs from the beach though. Nice pool and sundeck. The owner Petar is really nice and serviceminded. Quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. We strongly recommend...

Perfect stay. Ideal location, only 10mins bus ride from the old town. Petar & his wife were great, friendly & take immense pride in their accommodation offering! Lovely and quiet & Lapad has plenty of bars & restaurants if you don't fancy the old town. Safe little place to stay & I'd highly recommend anyone pay this place a visit!

Stayed for a week in June. Simply stunning views. Very clean. Wifi is poor unfortunately works only now and again. Apartment was well equipped however I'd have preferred mugs instead of teacups. Pool is small but perfect for a cool down. Sun beds are great. Taxi is around £10 one way to old town Dubrovnik. The managers call them for...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
An imposing architectural structure shelters within it an oasis of peace and luxury where the style is acutely modern, but classic Dalmatian values are still maintained. Its concept combines a clear design with attention to details that cross the lines between the warmth of a home and the comfort of an elegant accommodation. Several delightful beaches, sea-side promenades, and bustling cafes are within walking distance of Villa Katarina, but its location just on the border of a green zone makes it also a place to capture moments of peace and rediscover the simple pleasures of sea, air, and time in an exclusive atmosphere of beauty. Each of the 7 self-catering apartments has floor-to-ceiling windows which lead to terraces with spectacular Adriatic views. ... more   less
