Detailed Reviews
Just returned home from a 5 day stay with a friend. The apartment could not have been better. Light and spacious, very clean and well equipped. We were on the 2nd floor and the views were amazing. The location was very good, although it was 5K to the Old Town, there were lots of restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk and small supermarkets close by too. Copacobana Beach was extremely expensive, but Sunset beach, which is near the local restaurants was beautiful. There is an easy bus service, with stops close by, which runs all day and late into the evening and it takes 10-15 minutes to get to the Old Town. After waiting 2 years due to the Pandemic, this trip was certainly worth the wait and I will absolutely recommend the apartments. Thank you for an amazing stay!

All other details are mentioned in the earlier reviews. Whatever was a problem or lacking was quickly and efficiently provided by Laura and her team. Responsive on weekends too and very informative. They even helped with the luggage as we had heavy bags and the apartment was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. 100 out of 100 for service!
The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars were the bath areas. We had 2 washrooms, one with a cubicle and one with a bath tub. Both were very clumsy to use and a person with mobility issues cannot use them.
Highly recommended!

Dear Vivek Sheel D, Thank you for your nice review, we are so glad that your impressions are so positive. We noted your comments about our toilettes. They are indeed not adjusted for a person with mobility issues and we will keep this in mind whenever we get chance for the toilette's renovation. We hope to meet you soon again in one of our properties in Dubrovnik Kind regards.

Check in was very welcoming and efficient. Apartment was lovely and exceeded our expectations everthing you need is included they really have thought of everything. Fabulous view from the balcony. Within 15 minutes walk of several beaches, bars and restaurants. There are some lovely walks and beautiful scenery in the surrounding area. It is a bit hilly in the area, you don't need to be super fit but it wouldn't suit if you do have mobility issues. Would stay here again it was a perfect base for us. Bus stop to the old town and supermarket are only 10 mins walk away.

POSITIVE:
The hotel staff, Ms. Mirija, deserves a very special praise! She is extremely professional and efficient, far above average. Within minutes, she performed all the procedures for check-in, explaining us the operation of the apartment. And, much better, gave us very important tips on how to move around, parking; how to choose delicious restaurants avoiding the cruiser tourists; and how to enjoy the best of Dubrovnik. Staying in Pervanovo, requires a conversation with Ms. Mirija.
It is not a hotel, it is an apartment rent.
The apartment has a very good location, on the Dubrovnik Copacabana beech.
The apartment is modern and very wide, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, washing machine.
The Wi-Fi is good.
NEGATIVE:
It has no lift, but there are apartments on the ground floor.
Because it is an apartment rental, there are no cleaning or breakfast services.
CONCLUSION:
I really enjoyed and intend to stay in this hotel again.

We just got back from Pevanovo Apartments yesterday and boy do we miss it already. Dubrovnik is a fantastic city with incredible beauty, extremely friendly people and just all-round fantasticness!!
Pervanovo Apartments are located on a peninsula, north of the old town in an area called "Solitudo".On a map, it will show as just north of "Lapad". The exact Google Maps coordinates of our balcony are: 42.661269,18.070112
From the apartments, within a 5min walk, there is a bus stop which is serviced pretty much every 10 - 15mins by the No.6 bus. This bus takes approx. 10mins to get you to Pile Gate, which is the main entry to the old city and the hub from which you can start your daily exploration. The bus costs 15kn per person, each way. Apparently you can buy cheaper tickets in some hotels and kiosks but we always just paid the driver - they give change. You would not walk in to the old town, the bus is necessary. I'm guessing it would take over an hour to walk it and in summer temperatures, it's not advisable. In my opinion, the fact that the apartments are a busride away from town is a plus, because it means peace and quiet, and beatiful scenery.
The apartments themselves are top notch. The reception is open daily from 3pm to 6pm and the girl (her neame escapes me - Mellia perhaps?) that checked us in was very helpful. She gave us a very useful pocket map and marked restaurants, ferry locations, bus stops, cable car station...etc. on it for us. When we arrived, it was pre-3pm and before we could turn around, a lady appeared, knew who we were and brought us to our room, asking only that we check in later on between 3 & 6pm, at our leisure. It was great, hassle-free and saved us the usual time and stress of checking in.
I had read lots of reviews on TA and other sites and saw quite a few photos, but I have to say, the apartment exceeded my every expectation. It was spotlessly clean, very well stocked in terms of toiletries, towels, toilet paper, sheets, pillows...etc. It was very modern and had a great little kitchen which included a 2-ring hob, large fridge/freezer, sink, kettle, microwave and a full stock of cutlery & crockery. There was a living room area too, with a suite of leather furniture, an LCD TV, a home cinema system and was just really well presented. The bathroom had a phenomenal "monsoon" type shower that would wash away the dirtiest of hangovers! Again, it was spotlessly clean. It had the usual toilet, bide, shower, washand-basin and a washing machine should you need to wash some clothes. Finally, the balcony had amazing views of the new bridge to one side and out to sea (looking west for fantastic sunsets) and it received the sun pretty much all day long. It was just fabulous to be able to eat your breakfast out on the balcony every morning and then sup on a glass of vino (or a nice cold Ožujsko beer) in the evenings before heading in to town for dinner.
Right next door to Pervanovo is a small mini-market which stocked more or less everything you might need from water to fruit, beer to wine, cereal to milk and dairy, and lots of snacks and munchies. If you need more, there is a larger shop called "Pemo" market roughly a 10 to 12min walk from the apartments.
The area is very quiet. It's next door to a camping site for tents and mobile homes/caravans. You can walk a full loop around the peninsula by exiting the apartment complex and turning left which tkes you down to the Copacabana beach (nice but no sand, just stones) from here, you can follow the coast all the way around to Lapad beach. The walk is beautiful, takes maybe 20mins at a strolling pace and has many places for food and drink, all with spectacular views. From Lapad beach, you can walk up "the strip" (not the typical Majorca or Tenerife "strip" - just a street lined with restaurants really, but very nice), and you ae within a 10min walk back to the apartments.
I'd like to go on about Dubrovnik some more but this is a review of Pervanovo so I'll sign off here. Maybe I'll write a Dubrovnik review too! Just to say, I would highly recommend them and in terms of helpfulness, the staff would be hard to out-do. Top marks and I absolutely will be staying there again because I definitely want to return to Dubrovnik. Well done Pervanovo.

Came back on 25/5/2016. I was there for a week. Everything perfect. Sanya was wonderful. Very helpful. The apartment was spotless with everything in a first class condition. Very safe and quiet. No hesitation to recommend this to anyone. My apartment had a really good washing machine and dishwasher!!!! N.B. -MOSQUITOES! Very few but I got bitten ON THE FACE on the first night (great big red spot ensued!) therefore ..... good idea to take some kind of repellent for the night (e.g. a plug- in repellent.), Virtually everyone I met spoke English! I am now officially in love with Croatia! LOL

just returned from a 4 night stay at these lovely apartments. Having never been to Dubrovnik previously I researched long and hard on trip advisor before choosing these apartments and am so glad that I did. We arrived early due to our flight but after being contacted by some workmen sanya arrived and let us check into our room - (reception is not normally manned until 3) which was great. The rooms are large, modern and spotlessly clean with free wi fi. There is everything that you would need for a self catering apartment and it was lovely to sit on the large balcony eating breakfast watching the cruise ships sail in to port. Sanya was very helpful , giving us directions, maps and information about the local bus. The apartments are in a quiet area, 10 minutes from Copacabana beach, which is pebbly with a selection of sunbeds and a couple of nice bars. It is about 10 minutes walk in the other direction to get to the no 6 bus stop which takes you to Dubrovnik, you can pay on the bus but it is cheaper to get the tickets from the kiosk or newsagent kiosks. You can walk down to the bars and restaurants by lapad beach in about 15 minutes or up to Babin kuk which has fewer options. There is a small supermarket outside the apartment but we walked to a larger supermarket called Tommys which is by the bars and restaurants. If you want busy nightlife this is not the place, however if you want a nice relaxing time in a quiet and pretty location, then this is it. We loved Dubrovnik and Pervanovo apartments and will definitely be going back.

After a week travelling across Europe by train we came to 'rest' at this apartment. We really thought we had ended up in heaven - such a well-equipped, and spacious, apartment. Everything had been thought of in terms of equipment and general needs (right down to house slippers) . Two bathrooms and a laundry room, a room just for our meagre luggage (!) and even a washing machine (what a relief after living out of rucksacks for so long!) our teenager was thrilled with the cable tv and free wi-fi. And the sort of fitted kitchen that would not look out of place on a tv cookery programme. It's a little out of town, but frequent bus 6 takes u right into Dubrovnik old town - the stop is about 8 mins' walk away, or you can walk from town along a path, mostly along the coast, v scenic. It's unbelievably good value out of season at about 55 euros a night. Would be well suited for a longer stay :we would happily have stayed longer than 3 nights. But that's all the time we had. English speaking reception staff on site v helpful . All Highly recommended.

Apartments are clean tidy and spacious, also comfortable with washing machine , dishwasher ironing board and iron, everything you would have at home. Staff are very nice and helpful. View from apartment was awesome. Area was close to beach and local shop, not to busy and not to quiet. Went as a family of four would definitely recommend. Hope to go back next year.

Just returned from two weeks at the Pervanovo Appartments which were perfect.
Excellent location about 10 minute walk from Copacabana beach and 10 minute walk from various shops and restaurants.
Facilities within the apartment 10/10,you couldn't have asked for more. The provision of a washing machine was a bonus.
I would highly recommend these Appartments as it provides comfort and is a good location. The number 6 bus is within a 5 minute walk and it takes you into Dubrovnik old town and they run every 10 minutes until after midnight.
We hope to return to experience another fantastic holiday.

There is only one bus that connects Dubrovnik airport and Dubrovnik center and it leaves after each regular flight. That bus will bring you to Pile gate which is the entrance to Dubrovnik Old Town and then to main bus station in Dubrovnik.
We recommend you to disembark at Pile gate as from there you have bus number 6 that goes in our Pervanovo Apartments direction. It is bus number 6 and it operates every 15 min.
If you disembark at main bus station you can take bus number 7 that also goes in our apartments direction, but this line operates once an hour.
Please note that our closest bus station is 10 min of walk from our apartments (bus station Solitudo).
"Uber works best to get around and to/ from old town. Too far / too many hills and stairs to walk."Read full review
