Wonderful location in old town. Located within an easy walking distance to taxi or bus stop. Located right around the corner from Diocletian's Palace and the other old town sites. Easy to reach locations for day tours and walking tours. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived late on our first day and left early on our final day....

The rooms are within the Diocletian Palace walls and the location couldn't be better. Lots of nice restaurants and bars within walking distance and the port is around 10 minutes walk. The rooms were clean and a good size. The only downside was there wasn't much daylight in our room but this was usually because we pulled the curtains so...

Pre-sales was first class. We arrived on a Sunday, reception is closed on Sunday so they emailed and texted to ask when we thought we might arrive. We arrived about 40 minutes ahead of expectation but were delighted to find our early arrival had been anticipated. Easy check-in, great location in quiet corner of palace, fabulously clean and well equipped...

Excellent location just inside the bronze gate of Diocletian's palace in a beautiful courtyard with a couple of restaurants just outside, and within easy walking distance of the old town and promenade. The room was tastefully decorated and super clean, there was plenty of hot water for the shower (as long as you don't turn off the hot water switch...

Visited the city of Split. Excellent modern tidy room within the walled city , easy reach of all activities, clean, soundproof room bed a bit hard though! Restaurants, bars and clubs all within in walking distance. Practically enjoyed Villa Spiza recently seen on Rick Steins program Venice to Istanbul .. Highly recommend Split , Croatia

These beautiful apartments are ideally situated in the Palace walls, with only a short walk from the main attractions and Riva, as well as being situated in a beautiful courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the rooms we stayed in were beautiful and comfortable. Very clean, and while in a busy area, double glazing kept any street...

Great rooms in a great location . In the heart of the action but away from the square so the rooms are quiet. This is great value for the money. the reception contacted us before arrival to assist in our trip to the rooms.

Very easy to find, and friendly staff welcomed us. Right near the Diocletian place, which made it very convenient. Bed was very creaky and unfortunately uncomfortable. Also, we didn't quite understand the voucher for breakfast - assumed this meant we didn't need to pay the way it was worded, however you do, so no incentive to visit the particular restaurant....

The location is unbeatable, right in the middle of the old town center, just steps away from Diocletian's Palace. We had a twin room on the ground floor which was quite dark, you probably should opt for a room on the first or second floor to get more light. The room was small but nicely decorated and seems to have...

I asked for a lower floor so i wouldn't have to carry luggage up flights of stairs. Little did I know that meant a room sharing a wall with 2 busy outdoor restaurants. Windows closed we may as well have been trying to sleep laying across the diner's laps. We could hear EVERY LITTLE SOUND THEY MADE. Open till midnight...
