Beautiful, spotless apartment in a central and historic location with everything we needed. The helpful owner greeted us with a smile and helped us arrange Airport Transfers. We stayed in the ground floor studio 'wine' apartment. Yes the access is tricky (car free area with steps) but I have to question whether previous reviewers complaining of the busy streets, lack...

We visited in September 2016. I must say that the workers at the apartment were nothing but friendly. They went out of their way to meet us at the walls of the palace and helped with our bags (as did the many tourists from the cruise ships). I was travelling with an old friend and a 70 year old. I...

I had booked a studio apartment over 6 months ago. I explained we would either need an apartment with a mmm elevator\lift or on the ground or first flood. I was told no problem we will put toy on ground floor. No mention was made that this would cost more. We paid for a transfer from airport and we were...

We found our single studio apartment great in the palace. It had everything we needed for our two night stay and felt like we were a part of a community. Access was easy with our luggage. If you bring luggage in via east gate then only a few steps going around the back of cathedral to get to apartment. Lots of...

We stayed here three nights in July. Great location, as all the restaurants, main square, bars are at the foot of the building. Split can get quite noisy but the way the flat was facing we couldn't here anything. The flat was large, clean and even had a washing machine. I would stay there again.

This apartment is situated in the Old Town of Split close to many restaurants and bars and the historical attractions. The room is a little small but well equipped and Mirko, the owner, is very nice and knowledgeable. Noise from the street is minimal with shutters and windows closed.

Booked one of the apartments, located within Diocletian palace walls. Perfect balance between the romantic and the modern. High standard of finish, particularly lighting. One annoying thing - the shower leaks almost into the room! Mentioned this to one of the ladies in charge and she wasn't surprised to hear this. Pity as the water is ruining the door. Both...

We stayed at a large apartment that had two levels and a rooftop terrace. The place was gorgeous - you do need to bring your luggage up 3 flights of stairs. The bottom floor was a large kitchen/dining area and 2 separate bedrooms and large bathroom, the second floor was the living room and the top an amazing roof terrace...

We have been in Spalato for two nights! We found in this apartments the perfect compromise between price and location! They are located exactly INSIDE the historical centre (Diocletiano's Palace) ! The apartment was perfectly clean, with air conditioning and wifi! In addiction to this, the owner, Mirko, his a nice and polite person who gave us advice about both...

Diocletian apartments manage 3 properties 2 are excellent and features in all the photos.1 (the studio apartment) is seriously lacking and appears in none of the photos. We unfortunately booked into the studio apartment. It has an excellent location approx 400m from the peri-style but that is its only redeeming feature It is small and dark and next door to...
