The location was perfect with just a few hundred meters to the old town and just 5 minutes walk up the hill for a panoramic view of the town. Staff was very kind and helpfull. They let us leave the lugage after we checked out on our last day so we didn't needed to carry the bags around.

We had a very nice stay in an apartment in villa urbi et orbi. It was very clean and we also had daily room service. The kitchen was just a little bit to small when you think of cooking lunch or dinner. It is perfect for preparing breakfast or a brunch, but the equipment is not very suitable for more....

We stayed at Villa Urbi et Orbi in the 'studio apartment' for 5 days in July. The room was in a partial basement. It was very very clean, with comfortable bed, good air conditioner, TV with lot of English channels. Linen was changed daily and cleaning was done daily too. Bathroom had good shower, with a water heater (put it...

We had a nice stay here but maybe a little expensive for what you get. The room was clean and big enough with A/C and a compact kitchen. Friendly staff! Breakfast was a little less and you need to consume it in your room. Eating outside is not a possibility. It's located very well if you can handle some stairs!...

The entire place consists of 4-5 rooms. We booked 2 rooms and both had a small kitchen, bathroom with shower and a double bed. The rooms are clean and looked brand new. Good Wifi and TV with lots of channels. And breakfast with bread, yoghurt, egg and fresh fruit was included and served in the room. There is a small...

When we arrived in Split we were met by Andrea, who was so lovely and friendly. She showed us to our room and provided us with some information about Split. The location was good, with just a short walk to the centre of Split, although there were some steps up which could be tiring in the heat. The room was...

This place requires a full pay in advance. The room was a half basement and dark. I am not recommend this place for a traveler. The one of twin beds is not comfortable and make a noise when you turns or sit up. I am on the road more than month and this is the worst room I ever had....

A staff member from the apartments came to collect us from the airport (which cost €40). We were then met by an extremely friendly and helpful receptionist who brought us to our room which was a decent size, spotlessly clean and modern with aircon and a kitchenette. I would recomend getting a taxi to the apartments if you have luggage...

I am basing my review purely on the price we paid which was 105 Euros a night excluding breakfast. If it were cheaper i would rate this differently. To be honest I think this is steep for what you get. The room is clean but it is essentially a room within a building. There is an extremely friendly and attentive...

I stayed at these apartments with my boyfriend for 2 nights during a short stop-over in Split. We chose these apartments as they looked to be great value and close to the old town. The location of the apartments is very good - there is a steep climb upsteps to reach them, but they are only about a 10 min...
