I would definitely stay here again in Antigua. It was perfect - the property is beautiful, it was very clean and comfortable, the location is fantastic, there's a great rooftop deck, and the people are very friendly. There are cheaper places to stay - I paid $35 USD / 280 quetzales for the best room (room 12) - but Casa...

I loved the vibe and staff here. Unfortunately you can here staff and other guests very easily as everything echoes in this small hotel. The maids make up the rooms as soon as someone checks out, so at 6.30 am we had clunking, scraping furniture and the washing machine going above us. And we could here our neighbors either side...

Casa Cristina is an excellent choice in Antigua. It's on a quiet street, about one-half block from El Merced. Rooms are nicely decorated with local crafts, beds are comfortable, there is cable TV and wifi. (And a computer in the reception area for your use.) Public areas - the halls and the like - are nicely painted, with more local...

I recently stayed at Casa Cristina for 2 nights with my boyfriend and was very pleased with the location, the staff, the price, and the look of the hotel. The owner was very helpful with reserving transportation from the airport (about an hour ride) and the entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

The views of the volcano both from the top floor rooms and the roof top terrace are lovely, the bed linen fresh, crisp and white (sometimes hard to find in Antigua), the wireless in the rooms is strong and there is free fresh tea and coffee every day.

The Casa Cristina makes a great place to stay in Antigua, down a very quiet side road yet only a 5min walk from the main square. The rooms are on the small side but immaculate and beautifully painted and decorated with local arts and crafts. Highly reccomended

We moved to Casa Cristina for 5 nights, following an ill-fated stay at a similarly priced, yet massively crappy alternative establishment. Really, I don't see why this place isn't packed every night (it was almost empty when we were there). The building and rooms were charming, clean and comfortable. The cost was very reasonable. The staff were lovely. It was...

I've stayed at Casa Cristina half a dozen times and will continue to use it as my home base in Antigua. This year I made reservations for more than 20 people (in groups I was leading) to stay there and had Rosario and Karin make arrangements for about a dozen airport shuttles for us. Everything went off without a hitch...

Booked this hotel over the Internet. It's in good location in Antigua, but for $38 a night I would expect hot water for the whole day and not just from 4 PM. when you return from a volcano trip at 12:00 you want to take a shower. Other than that the hotel is clean and the staff are nice
