We stayed here for 6 days. The staff were very pleasant and helpful from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. We felt secure there all of the time because not only was the hotel in a gated development but the doors were shut into the reception area. The rooms were large and comfortable with covered seating areas...

This little 7 bedroom hotel is safe and secure within a gated area. It is relaxing and tranquil with couches on the terraces and communal areas. There is not a huge choice for breakfast but with the surroundings and eating poolside you tend not to notice. Rooms are huge with plenty of drawers and hanging space. There is a roof...

We got a really good deal on this hotel, booking last minute and it happening to be the quieter season. The hotel itself was lovely, beautiful courtyard area and roof terraces to relax on, unfortunately the pool was undergoing maintenance during our stay, but given the price that we paid we really couldn't complain. Breakfast was great, the staff were...

We stayed here for two nights for relaxation and we paid a bit more than our budget (50sterling per night through online booking). We were up graded to a deluxe suite which was massive! Pros: breakfast - choice of five; building- very well decorated. Communal areas comfortable. Roof top views of hills; spacious rooms (35m); wifi fine. Cons: rooms slightly...

Colonial style hotel, very comfortable beds and lovely staff, gated community so very safe, breakfast was lovely. Definitely going to stay again, taxis are about 50q to get you into the centre and there are some superb restaurants in town as the hotel will only do food at breakfast however they do drinks, beer and wines, you will love it

Beautiful buildings (we stayed in a villa just a short walk away from the main building). The hotel is in a gated complex that was a little difficult to find at first (we ended up at the residential gate rather than the visitors' entrance). Very easy walk to the main square, Cerro de la Cruz, etc. Rooms were very comfortable.

We have just had a fantastic week at this hotel, the whole hotel was booked for our family and my now son-in-laws family. We were here to attend our daughters wedding at Convento de las Capuchinas. The hotel did the catering for the wedding and everything was spot on. The daily breakfasts were very filling, so much so that we...

We stayed for two nights at this hotel on the edge of the city in a gated estate and found it peaceful with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfasts were good and the rooms well appointed and spacious. The hotel was very good value for money. Don't miss the view of the city and volcanos from the top floor.

This small hotel is away from the city centre in a gated estate so it's quiet. The rooms are clean spacious and well appointed. We stayed for two nights bed and breakfast and found the food good and the staff friendly and helpful. Make sure you go to the terrace on the top floor for great views of the city...
