Me and my wife recently visited Camino Real Antigua and if I can give an adjective to the stay it would be FABOULOUS. From the people on the reception to the guy who took us to the room everybody has an excelent service culture!

Loved the beds, they were incredibly comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. A more quiet hotel, less chaotic than others. I have stayed at many nice hotels in Anitgua over the last 15 years, this is my favorite in this price range.

My only advice or surprise is to be charged $2.50 for a bottle of water as well as coffe in the room. Many hotels upscale in US, Europe and South America, provide free of charge bottles of water in the room. The hotel lacks of a full swimming pool and these is one thing family looks for in a hotel...

My family and I stayed here for two nights. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with chilled lemonade. Decor and attention to detail is exquisite. Staff is helpful and attentive. The restaurant is delicious and prices are very reasonable. The beef and vegetable stew at dinner was the best I've ever had and the presentation was top notch. One feels...

Beautiful property, very friendly and helpful staff, and spacious, comfortable rooms -- and the front desk offers a better exchange rate than the Guatemala City airport! Located conveniently for walking to most of Antigua's sights, restaurants and stores ("Tienda"). Make sure to bring your bathing suit for the large hot tub/jacuzzi. And its hard to beat the Volcán de Agua...

My husband and I stayed 2 nights at the Camino Real Hotel and were very impressed. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The hotel grounds are breath taking, the food is magnificent and the staff is always willing to help. The hotel is centrally located and I never felt unsafe walking around at night. We are already looking into coming back...

No expense has been spared in the design and development of this property located at the south end of the town on 7th Avenue. The public areas are beautifully rendered in period style and furnishings. The complex features many outdoor patios and indoor meeting places with a cobblestone circular driveway at the entrance. The rooms are spacious with two double...

It is truly a perfect hotel. I visited for 4 days due to a workshop, perfect service, rooms, food, the place is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Breakfast is very diverse and it has a lot of traditional items. Only bad thing is they charge you for the coffee in the room!

Camino Real Antigua was an absolutely lovely stay. Staff was excellent and extremely honest. Room was sizeable, beds were comfortable, shower was nice and warm with great pressure, toiletries provided smelled of lovely honeysuckle. Felt like home away from home. The staff especially made my stay pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at in a long time. The rooms are in a series of courtyards that were very relaxing. Each was large and most included a skylight in he bathroom. The included breakfasts were either buffet or from a menu of a few choices and were very good. It is conveniently located...
