well it did not start so amazing, as we had booked (thru our travel agent) a family room for 4 (2 kids under 10) and we were given 2 separate double rooms. From there on it was amazing. The rooms were not very spacious, but extremely beautiful, beds comfy, nice bathrooms, very very clean. Beautiful courtyard and the grounds. Oh,...

One of the two places my wife and I stayed while in Antigua. This lovely hotel is a great value. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean, the restaurant is good, especially breakfast (included). We would stay again. The wifi was occasionally spotty.

We were a group of 18 on a mission trip to Guatemala & stayed here for 1 week. The hotel has such local & cultural charm I could not stop taking pictures! Lots of courtyards lush with vegetation and many nooks & crannies to hide away, read or relax. Our whole group had rooms surrounding a courtyard with a fountain...

We stayed here the last two days of a mission trip. An absolutely beautiful hotel with such wonderful staff!!! Honestly, not one compliant! Beds so comfortable and showers/baths amazing!!! We needed a tuc-tuc and they got it and arranged a great price. They gave us fans, extra toilet paper, clean towels. I'm already looking forward to returning and staying here...

This hotel is fabulous. It was a great introduction to Guatemala. Woke up to the sounds of the fountain outside my room and birds chirping. There's a beautiful dining area terrace. The room itself was really nice with a comfortable bed. I had room 7 in the courtyard. Breakfast was simple and tasty. You can choose anything from the menu....

Absolutely pleased with the service, facilities, staff. The hotel is a perfect boutique hotel. Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, the bathrooms very functional. Each room is different. The terrace has a nice atmosphere and decoration. Patios, fountains and gardens are perfectly maintained. And the staff is wonderful, very attentive, friendly, took care of all the details. The dining room it's a...

This hotel was booked as part of a small tour we went on. The location is between two Catholic churches--San Francisco and Escuela de Cristo--making it a great location for all the Holy Week festivities, vigils and so forth. It takes less than 10 minutes to walk to the central square. The hotel has a beautiful courtyard and an upper...

The service is absolutely nice! The hotel is beautiful, elegant and comfortable. I had a caprese sandwich for lunch and was very good; there was buffet for breaksfast on Sunday and they offered a wide variety of food.

I'm reluctant to downgrade this hotel but we've had constant hammering since 7.20am and it's still ongoing 7 hours later in spite of complaining and at $240 for 2 nights, Im going to complain!! There is refurbishment being undertaken in rooms in the main courtyard plus they're extending into next door which means hammering against our wall as well as...
