Went for conference in the spring. The staff I interacted with were pleasant, ready to help and explain. I was able to stay in the Tower which had a beautiful view of the golf course, with a small view of the bay. My Tower room also had a mini fridge which came in handy which I believe the hotel side...

Resort has everything you could thing of. Multiple restaurants, shops, extremely family friendly. One complaint is our room did NOT have a mini fridge or microwave, would've made things a whole lot better.

After reading all of the reviews on various sites, we decided on a room in the tower. Good view on the 15th floor. Not sure what the non tower rooms are like but the tower was nice. It was more modern than a Best Western/Howard Johnson I'm assuming. There are 2 pools indoors that were nice. One was a kiddie...

You must eat at the top of the hotel. Spectacular views of the bay! The hotel itself is one of the nicest in Traverse city; that being said, room updates woukd make this place perfect! Dillions candy bar is always a must stop for my 3 kids.

The rooms are dated, which is fine but so is the service. Our room was not cleaned or old towels removed and replaced on our first and only full day there. We ordered room service for breakfast and it had a 'special request' section. I asked for a soy latte. Not only did one not come but no call to...

We went to the resort to attend a conference and have a few days to rest & relax. The overall experience was great. We were able to find anything we wanted to do without leaving the property, there was a sports bar with the usual bar food & drinks, a casual dinig restaurant with breakfas, lunch & dinner options as...

Stayed for three days for business and brought my family. The pool was a favorite, along with the exercise facilities. Great shops and wonderful homemade pastries and coffee at Lelanau Coffee in the lobby.

I had recently stayed for my wife's birthday. I booked the room trough Expedia. The room was prepaid but the hotel ran the room charges anyway. So I was charged once by Expedia and a second time by the hotel. I have tried calling the hotel multiple times to have them rectify the situation. Every time I call the hotel...

We stayed here for New Year's Eve. We used the free shuttle to go to the casino which was perfect. We only checked out the stores while there. Great little selection of stores. Loved the candy store and Natural Life store. The room was nice and updated. Appreciated the little wet bar and refrigerator. We called for room service a...
