Do not expect 5 star luxury. Accommodations are charming, however in a very old historic home. Great for people who want to be in historic village of Nantucket, though overpriced for size of room and amenities. No food or breakfast included - must walk or bike to local restaurants. Little flexibility with check in / check out times during high...

I knew what I was getting myself into...middle of July in the center of Nantucket means very high prices. But even calibrated for the above, this hotel is sadly lacking and way over priced. I overheard another guest describe this hotel perfectly: "It's more like staying at grandma's house rather than a boutique hotel." And at roughly $300/night, this place...

JUST DREADFUL This is the overflow accommodation for Vanessa Noel Hotel: unless you are wildly careful and repeatedly insist on not staying here when you book at Vanessa Noel Hotel, and then get lucky: You will get plonked here. Which is all to say that the distinction is functionally irrelevant from the point of view of the traveller. Here is...

We arrived and there was nobody at reception and it took quite a while for Sunil to be located by a shopkeeper who was in a shop attached to the hotel. When he arrived Sunil was very charming and accommodating. We were taken to our room which was on the third floor (no lift) and turned out to be in...

The room was small even before the rollaway bed (which the hotel charged 50 dollars extra per night!). We had to walk outside into the hallway to get to what was called the bathroom, one could barely fit inside with the door opened, you had to kind of wiggle to squeeze into the room. Really a closet that is pretending...

I stayed here so you don't have to. When we arrived and saw the hotel my husband shot me a look like "Really? This is the "luxury" hotel you picked? Are you kidding me?" Booked a two night stay but wound up checking out after one night. First room had an off smell so the employee quickly moved us (I...

We went for daffodil weekend. Rooms were clean, beds and pillows were comfortable and they allowed dogs. We had a bathroom in our room. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. Close to everything downtown. I would stay again. We overpaid because we had the dog which in understandable, we have a great dog so there was not problem. Because we...

Visited many years ago as a single gal, and had to come back with my toddler. The hotel is very family friendly, the rooms are a little small but to be expected in ACK. Nothing out of the ordinary. They have definitely changed the vibe of the hotel since my last visit in 2008. The location is A+++++ close to...

We go to Nantucket so we can go to our favorite restaurant. The room rates in Nantucket have just seemed to skyrocket so I was happy to find a room for one night in the center of town under $300. Our room was on the third floor - no problem. Our bathroom was across the small hall - no problem...

This place is not honest and how they advertise the rooms is very misleading. The room that I booked showed that had a bathroom and when I got the details the bathroom was outside in the hallway. Would not recommend doing business with this property.
