We loved this place, great innkeepers, great vibe in the whole place. It's Kinda of like a modern Nantucket vibe...close to everything in town...we love it here. Rooms are small but comfy, if your in/out all day it doesn't matter...

The review below that said 'reviews don't do it justice' is exactly right. Everything about this hotel was amazing. My wife loved the way it was decorated, so much that she took pictures of all of the furniture and artwork. The outdoor space was fantastic. The front porch was a perfect place to sit and people watch while having coffee...

What a great hotel! Perfect location, great rooms, comfy beds, super nice staff, yummy breakfasts, and a wonderful porch in the back to sit outside and enjoy the sun. The hotel is situated only a few blocks from the Steamship dock and a few blocks from Main Street. I can't say enough great things about this place other than YOU...

Nantucket was on my bucket list and had read a great deal about where to stay. So when my husband and I slipped away for a few days, we stayed at 21 Broad. It far exceeded our expectations. We arrived early in the am and were surprised that our room was ready (given the time of year, it was slow...

This place is awesome. Not only is it kept impeccable but the staff is all very hospitable and pleasant. I can't say enough good things about this place. We were on business and had to leave early each morning so we didn't get to enjoy the wonderful breakfast most days. Would have been nice if breakfast was served by 7:30...

A too quick overnight venture to Nantucket in the off season. Chose 21 Broad because of the great reviews and the great off season price. Centrally located. Couldn't have been more perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless and comfortable. It's obvious that they have spent a lot of money renovating this great property. Tea, coffee...

My husband and I and another couple had spent the weekend at another Hotel in Nantucket in mid October when the ferries were cancelled do to high winds. Our current Hotel was closing for the season. They recommended we try 21 Broad. They welcomed us with open arms. Lovely contemporary Hotel. I can not say enough about how accommodating the...

We did not intend staying at the 21 Broad, but circumstances made it a place of tranquility and warmth on a wet and stormy night when all ferries were cancelled, we were soaked, without a hotel and stranded on Nantucket. Fortunately we managed to book their last room, which was so welcoming and comfortable, the friendly and warm welcome from...

My boyfriend and I stayed at 21 Broad for a long weekend in October. In addition to the weather being beyond perfect for October in New England, our stay at this hotel was lovely. Room was clean and the linens were surprisingly soft - hard getting out of bed in the morning. The location could not be beat - very...
