This was my second time. I visit my son on the island so he gave me many choices where I could stay. I chose this place again. Location. Walk to ferry. Close to town yet quiet. Cleanliness. Welcoming. Breakfast is perfect. Enjoyed my stay as always. Thank you Matt!

Things I consider when writing a review: 1. Does my experience match other reviews with the same star rating? Yes. I won't repeat all the details, since they can be found in the hundreds of other positive reviews. 2. Is the Inn in a great, convenient location? Yes 3. Is the room spotless and comfortable? Yes 4. We traveled to Nantucket for a 3 day weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Seven Sea Street Inn. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, Claudia's breakfasts are delicious and we enjoyed our conversations with her even more. The Inn is within walking distance of the ferry and many shops, restaurants and bars. We will definitely stay again. Highly...

Thank you for this wonderful review and so glad you enjoyed your stay with us! I agree Claudia prepares a scrumptious continental breakfast each morning, with a speciality baked item but better than that is her cheerful disposition and helpfulness. She can chat and add humor to almost any topic! We look forward to your return visit.

We had a wonderful room on the second floor of the Inn. Although the weather was chilly every time we came into the main room of the Inn, a cheery fire was set in the fireplace. There was a lovely second floor living room available for reading or playing games. The breakfast each day was delicious with fresh fruit, something...

Thank you for this very nice review and so happy to help with local advice, where to eat and what to do during your visit with us. Hopefully the weather will be a bit warmer for you the next time you have the opportunity to visit!

This past weekend we stayed at the Seven Sea Street Inn. The location is perfect, on quiet Sea St. but an easy walk to Nantucket Town. The Inn Keeper Matt and his Assistant Claudia were so warm and welcoming and a never ending source of information on things to do and great places to eat. The Inn itself is warm...

Thank you for this wonderful review and very kind words. We've tried to create a warm and cozy experience at the Inn for our guests but nothing does that quite like Claudia's homemade chocolate chip toffee cookies! We look forward to hosting you again.

I came to 7 Sea Street Inn off season, when the weather was bad. No problem....the inn was warm and welcoming with a fire and lovely ambiance. There was coffee, tea, hot cocoa and cookies available at all times. Breakfast is of the continental type: yogurt, fruit, english muffins, etc...and honestly, I slept in most mornings but it was good...

So glad you had a pleasant stay with us during that stormy week and so happy we could make the upgrade into the Main House for you under the circumstances of the weather. Hopefully next time you visit we'll having nothing but warm sunshine for you! You deserve it.

My husband and I took a long weekend trip to Nantucket, and had a wonderful experience at the Seven Sea Street Inn. The location could not have been more centrally located - walking distance from the ferry and to all that downtown has to offer. A slightly longer walk will take you to nearby beaches, as well. Our room was...

Matt & Claudia were amazing!! We needed to be rescued from a booking with RCI that did not go well. Not having a place to stay we were welcomed with open arms. We had stayed at The Seven Seas in the past and so this was our first choice to call. The warm welcome, the room, the ambiance, breakfast, and...

We had the pleasure of staying at the Seven Sea Street Inn Dec 31 - Jan 2nd, 2017. Can't wait to be back. Set on a quiet street steps from the downtown areas, with restaurants within minutes this Inn is everything you want/expect of your Nantucket stay. The rooms are pristinely clean. We had a king bed on the 1st...
