I enjoyed my stay immensely. The location of this B/B was central, in walking distance of restaurants, museums, shops etc. I loved the room. It was clean and comfortable and the bathroom facility was awesome. The hosts were helpful, warm and welcoming and made sure that I had everything I needed. I had a lovely breakfast and was able to...

First of all, the innkeepers, Joe and Alex made us feel like family. Their hospitality was genuinely sincere. They were a fountain of knowledge about Annapolis and the Naval Academy. The location cannot be any better for any activity in the downtown harbor area or the Naval Academy. It is close to the Capitol building and St John's University, not...

Joe and Alex welcome us like family each year when we come for the Sailboat Show. The Inn is beautiful, convenient to all of Historic Annapolis, and breakfasts are wonderful. It's not just the food and surroundings but the interesting people you meet at the Inn that make this annual event for us so special.

This Inn has a fabulous location to all the key sightseeing spots of Annapolis. Once your car is parked in the garage (no designated parking spot on the street) you won't pick up your keys again until you check out. Walk to all the historic sites, restaurants and shops. Take a water taxi to get to further points of interest...

We stayed at the Annapolis Inn for 2 nights this past Memorial Day weekend and it could not have been better. The Inn is so lovely. Alex and Joe are wonderful hosts. Breakfast is delicious. There is a beautiful patio in back that was very peaceful and charming. Thank you for the great recommendations for dinner: (Harry Brown's and O'Leary's)....

Besides this place being terribly dirty and that we got bed bugs the man Alex who we were dealing with who incredibly rude, nasty and beyond unprofessional!! The worst place ever! We are avid travelers having traveled all over the world in the last 20 plus years and by far this was the worst experience of ours lives. Horrible, Horrible...

This review pertains to another property and not ours. We had no guests for the entire month of May with the name Steve O. We had no guests from Hamptions, New York in all of May. Our rooms are immaculate, and we are always extremely courteous to our guests, as per our existing reviews. Our mattresses have been specially ordered...

We started looking for a hotel a little too late to get a room in one of the other fine establishments in Annapolis... LUCKY FOR US that the Morgan Suite was available at the Annapolis Inn! Super comfortable in every respect. Every detail was well done. All the amenities you'd expect in a luxury B&B. Alex, one of the owners,...

I researched and planned this special getaway at one of our favorite east coast destinations for several months as a special surprise for the love of my life. I was seeking a combination of a cozy historic inn, elegance, convenience to all that Annapolis has to offer and a personalized couples cooking class experience as we love to putz and...

My husband and I just spent four glorious days at this inn. What a wonderful getaway! Alex went out of his way at every turn to make sure we were taken care of. We were upgraded to a fabulous suite and enjoyed all the amenities. Comfortable bed and marvelous linens. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 course breakfasts and the wonderful...

I was late in making a reservation for the Annapolis Sailboat show and, was going to have to commute to the boatshow from DC. In desperation, started calling B&B's looking for a cancellation. Low and behold, a miracle happened and Joe indicated that they had a recent cancellation, which I jumped on straight away. What an excellent place Alex and...
