This is our second time staying here and we find it to be a great stop on our way home from Florida. Very convenient off 95. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Room comfy and very clean. Restaurant at bar has limited but good menu. Breakfast included and perfect before hitting the road again. We hope every year to make...

I love Residence Inns because I love to cook when I travel so having the luxury of a kitchen and full sized refrigerator was great. The living area is comfortable and spacious and I love the separation between the bedroom and living room. Two TVs and a large bathroom Because it was winter and cold no ball games so I...

I checked in today, 14 Nov 2016, and I am quite satisfied with my accomodations. I was upgraded immediately because of my Marriott membership status and I was pleased. The room is very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. This is the first Residence Inn that I've stayed in that didn't look and feel like a Motel 6....

The newly built Residence Inn's are incredibly nice, the rooms are large and modern. This one was especially nice. It's cool that it's at a base ball stadium and connected to a Courtyard Marriott. The 'mix'/happy hour (Monday-Wednesday) was exceptionally nice, great food and beer selection (plus it is free).

Where to begin! From the moment I arrived, I was super impressed with this place! I was able to check in through the mobile app, so when I arrived, the very friendly staff welcomed me and check in was a breeze. As I was going up to my room, a maid got into the elevator with me and heard I...

Every aspect of our Ripken/Marriott experience was fun. This place is perfect for baseball families. We were there for a 3 day tournament and enjoyed every minute of it. Breakfast could be a little better, but really that's it.

First, the same great management (Jeff Barnes) and staff are responsible for both this Residence Inn, and the connecting Courtyard. So either way, you're getting the best team Marriott has to offer. So here's some uniqueness to this facility, in comparison to other Residence Inns. First, not only is the coffee available all day, but indulge yourself with one of...

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and both times have been great. Both times we came for Ripken tournaments, so far warning to anyone thinking of staying here during a tournament: there will be a lot of children and a lot of noise in the lobby, etc. (room was VERY quiet). With that said, the...

Stroll out the door to the game - that's the convenience offered here. But the terrible customer service might reflect a business with a nearly captive clientele. Check-in took until after 4:40, despite an already-late 4:00 official check-in. The lobby area was as hot as it was jammed with families loaded with baseball gear. That's because there is neither a...

I can assure you there is much more at play than just the steps you explained. Being located on a baseball complex that hosts baseball tournaments, we have no control over the Ripken operation of scheduling games....
