Breakfast was definitely complete and perfect, hot food hot and cold food cold. We were greeted by John who was extremely pleasant, accommodating and informative. Thank you for making our stay most pleasant. Wish we could have stayed...

Last summer, we took a driving trip around New England and stayed at this hotel in Augusta ME. We booked our room on the upper floor--Executive floor. This floor is completely enclosed and seems like an entirely different hotel. The rooms on the lower floors are accessed from the outside. It was worth the upgrade (which was only $20 or...

The staff was great VERY helpful. We checked in X-mas eve at 6:30pm and needed dinner. The women checking us in told us most restaurants you had to be seated by 7pm (closing early) so she gave us a map and sent us right there. The room was clean, warm & up to date all the bells & whistles ....

We stayed here based on the price and the good Tripadvisor reviews. I couldn't find anything but positive things to say about the property. We were "upgraded" to the third floor executive level. It looked brand new but later I found out that the third floor was added in 2007. The rest of the motel was build back in the...

We only needed to stay one night and were looking for an inexpensive place to sleep in Augusta. We found this place in one of those traveler's brochures at the rest area, and it was as about as low in price as we could find. The room was clean and well-appointed with a comfortable bed, and a new flat screen...

The front desk staff was very friendly and polite, the rooms were clean and free breakfast was awesome. We went up the next month and decided to stay again and got the same...

Last year when we stayed here--- it was excellent and I said so in my review. Then somewhere around September I called and the front desk was busy so my call was transferred to the (1-800) reservation center, where tyhey were quoting me prices comparable to N.Y.City hotels, so I stayed elsewhere. Then in January, I took a fall and...
