I reserved a place, like I usually do, through booking.com to stay in Panama city at this place for 4 nights. Soon I realized that the address didnt have any number, the location on the map was not correct, the name of the of the place is non existing, and that the contact phone number provided was in the US. When the taxi driver couldnt find the place I tried to call to the provided number which was non existing. After driving around for 4 hours, paying extra money to the driver, not being able to contact booking.com to an UK number, because they do not answer and tired of searching, some helpful locals could recognize by the pictures that the place was either HARD ROCK HOTEL or HOTEL RIU. After going there, none of the hotels had a reservation on my name at these places, but HRH confirmed that the pictures were theirs. They also said that some people own privately apartments in the same building and that they do rent them. The problem is that NONE of this is stated by the advertiser. So you have no idea where to go, whom to contact, and what to do. Tired of trying to solve this I finally stayed and booked the HRH, for more money, and I will be probably charged by the property for 1 night, because of canceling the reservation. This is simply ridiculous, because what these ppl probably do is to compete with HRH, what they are probably not allowed to, so they hide all the details. If I would have known that this is the HRH I wouldnt have probably even booked it, because this was NOT my choice. Hopefully this is the end of these swindlers.…

Es un hotel súper confortable las habitaciones de lujo el desayuno bufete no le falta nada desde fruta a dulces. Pero lo más destacable es la vista de la ciudad en las habitaciones más altas. Uno siente vértigo al asomarse. Emoción adrenalina, alucinante. Es lo mejor en hoteles en Panamá. Volvería si. Dudarlo.
