I visited this hotel as it was booked by my company. Only breakfast was ok the rest food services were very very poor. Last day i waited for dinner almost 2 hr. Called severeal time reception with zero result. Personnel even skipped call few times. And meal i ve got in the kitchen by myself. Some personnal on reception is lazy and not helpful. Asking to contact agent and saying he has no contacts despite a girl who called eithout problem.

I enjoyed my stay. Nice room. Great location for ease of travel on public transportation to sights. The continental breakfast was good. Lots to choose from and every day had something different. There was always a friendly environment at the hotel.

Our primary reason for traveling to Panama was to take a "full" tour of the Panama Canal. It was literary the single most amazing aspect of our trip and of many other vacation experiences we have had. The voyage thru the locks, the crew and the announcer on the ship we traveled on was outstanding in all regards! The people of Panama wer kind and gracious and even with a language barrier they made every attempt to successfullu understand what were were saying and/or asking. That kindness and thier obvious appreciation of our visit was predominant. This of course, begins with the staff at the Torres De Alba Hotel. It was very clean and moden. The room we had was very large and roomy as well as very well lit with the very large windows for an outstanding view to so much of the modern city. It had a full kitchen (all the kitchen appliances) and a washer and dryer. While we didn't use this is a great room for a family and the ability to not take so many clothes in luggage if you knew you could wash and dry what you had for several uses of clean garmets. The small bar area was pleasant and the included breakfast were quite nice. It is right next door and across the street from major hotel facilities where one can go for all of the meals and drinks they want and literally within few steps. We would certainly look forward to use this hotel again if we make that trip again. Pricing was fair, service was good and except for a full restaurant it had all of the other amenities such as in room iron and ironing boards, hair dryer, etc! House keeping was also done very well.…

Minutes away from PTY/Tocumen airport. Conveniently centered in the City Of Panama. Walking distance to the metro, shops, restaurants, you name it! Breakfast every morning and spectacular views from the rooms. My go to hotel!!!!

Too expensive! Not very friendly staff, especially towards foreigners! The rooms are not very clean. New part of hotel is good but old hotel building is in very poor condition. in our friend’s room, even the lights blinked. One plus is that the hotel is located in the city center.
