The facilities are great, the staff members are polite, knowledgeable and willing to help, there is FREE WIFI that will reach most if not all the hotel facilities.The hotel is located in a commercial plaza where you can find everything, Panama is a modern city with an ocean view and the Panama Canal is impressive.
Easily the worst hotel we stayed at in Panama and that's saying a lot! Nothing worked. Staff useless and unfriendly (like most Panamanians) Door security non functioning. Food terible. Loud. Dodgy area. Water...I have a list of issues with this place, DON'T EVER GO THERE. Was dirty, No towels, no amenities as offered, NO city view, bathroom dirty and leaking, unhelpful staff, TV not working. NOT EVEN A HOSTEL.. I had to...
Breakfast was included and delicious: fresh fruit, juice, eggs with ham, cheese, tomatoes, onions (omelette, scrambled, fried, or in a crepe) and coffee.We loved staying in Casco Viejo, great melding of the old with the new and within walking distance to many restaurants and bars.
The wifi was terribly slow and unstable.Not so much the room but the rooftop bar is bangin! Beautiful view, good grub an mojitos plenty strong! I met some local ladies here and they loved hanging out there. Night time the ladies outnumbered us guys 3-1...
