Our room (#6) on the third floor was spacious as was the bathroom, and quiet. Everything needed was provided, including stainless steel water bottles for refilling. The staff was very friendly and helpful in the hotel and in the restaurant. The restaurant, Lola, is lovely and the food scrumptious for breakfast and for dinner. Convenient location for walking Casco Virgo.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a nice roof top bar, friendly staff and excellent food. All of our guests were pleased with the food. This a good option for couples or small groups of friends that would like to enjoy Casco Viejo.

First very good and quality place. Design is sofisticated and lovely at the reception and in lift and at the roof bar. Service done is very nice,, friendly and good qualit as for the menu. Nice view. Music is good too and compare to some other roof top bars the volume was perfect to be able to have conversation. PERFECT PLACE.

I had a reservation for two rooms at this hotel, made and confirmed via Expedia. Unfortunately, due to a medical issue, we had to cut our stay in Panama short, so ended up having to cancel these rooms. The cancellations were made well over 24 hours before the check-in dates and should have resulted in a penalty of the first nights stay. This is also what the cancellation policy on the original reservation and actual confirmation of the cancellation from Expedia show. The hotel already charged me the full amount for both rooms weeks before, so should be refunding me the amounts between what they already collected and the cancellation penalty. Even though all the documentation on this is 100% clear, the hotel still refuses to issue the refund. Per Expedia, the hotel should have never charged me the full amount to begin with, which leads me to believe that the intention was dishonest to begin with. My advice: Steer clear of this place as they are dishonest. Also, Expedia has only of limited help here and have made it clear to me that they will not not take any responsibility in the end for this situation.

Dear guests, The first thing we will like to do is thank you for sharing this information with us. Our property has been open for more than 3 years, with almost perfect scores in all the customers platforms, it is a family run business and one of our most important value is honesty. After reading this comment, we went deep and investigated this situation since the beginning. There are a few points that we think are important for us to clarify: - Your reservation was made on September 30th, 2019 for 2 rooms with arrival on December 26th, one room for 4 nights and the other for 2 nights. - Both reservation were cancelled on December 25th, 2019 (It is important to mentioned that we use a channel manager, as most hotels, we receive all Expedia and Booking reservations from one system, according to that system, the reservation was cancelled on December 25th 2019 and they were under the following policies: No Refundable and 100% deposit to confirm, therefore, these were the rules that we as property followed (more than happy to share with you our documentation). We as a property, do not know the facts of your communication with Expedia, but we extended an email to them explaining the situation, making clear the information that was sent to us through our system and verifying the information in both platforms, clearly, this information wasn't share with you and until this message you unhappiness wasn't share with us, therefore, we propose a direct communication, because important facts were lost in translation. As a 10 room property during the festive season, we follow our policies and conditions strictly, after honoring your reservation for more than 2 months, a cancelation a day before arrival of 2 rooms, 6 nights prompted us to follow what is establish in our system. Sadly, we never were able to communicate directly with you, because the process of cancelation was made trough an intermediary, generating miscommunication between both parties. We are proud of our value and have always honor them, therefore, dishonesty in not a word that matches our property in anyway. Where to find a small hotel, ten rooms only. Epic Centre of Casa Viejo. Large rooms and bathrooms . Super comfy beds and pillows. Personalized , excellent staff. Attractive rooftop with its bar and bites. Top breakfast..; Its all in the Concordia hotel!
