Nice place and nice staff, the price is low for what you get! Very quiet and clean place. They have a really refreshing pool, I don't know how the water can be so cool when the weather is so hot! If you go to Managua, go to this hostel.

I booked the hostel through hostelworld and it was quite a nice surprise! The place was opened for only a month, it was really clean and spacious . I stayed only one night so I didn't have time to enjoy the pool and common areas . But the staff offered me breakfast early in the morning before my flight and helped me to find a taxi to the airport. Thank you very much !

In the downstairs dorm the air is hot and the smelly. Matress of my bed smelled badly. Ventilation through the windows is bad. Most stuff in the kitchen is broken. Breakfast is a bad joke. What is also a joke is the pool. It doesn't look inviting as it's only half filled and dirty. Also, it's in the shade and the water is very cold. Therefore, I have never seen one swimming in there. Common areas are limited. Staff is nice but does not look happy. I think it's not easy for them as they not only have to clean up after the guests, but also after the children of the owner family.

The location of the hostel in Los Robles is convenient: 2 km from Huembes bus terminal and close to Metro Centro, a shopping center everyone in Managua knows. Staff is friendly and helpful (when they are there). They put you at ease. Facilities including the kitchen are modern. Beds are comfortable. Everything (e.g. fans and cold shower) works well. It is clean. There are communal spaces that are pleasant. As all over Latin America there is noise. Car alarms that go off every half an hour. A dog in the courtyard that starts barking in the middle of the night. Passing motorbikes with exhaust pipes without a muffler.

The place is really nice, there is a pool with lovely garden terrace to sit outside, it feels very cosy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, you will feel like a guest in someone's home with all the privacy you need. Tom (the owner) is the most adorable person we have met in Nicaragua, he speaks really good english, and lives with his cute family in the hostel. He helped us with organizing our trip, and he also helped a lot one of our friend which had his passport stolen. There is a little living room with a Netflix TV, great to watch with friends when you have been travelling a lot. It is not expensive AND breakfast is included : ) Thank you very much Tom, I hope the business will be good !

Absolutely loved our 3 night stay in this hostel, felt like we were at home for a while. On arrival we were shown around by the lovely Tom and instantly felt comfortable. The entire place is clean and tidy and tastefully decorated. We shared a triple room and it was one of the nicest rooms we have had in Nicaragua. The beds were so comfortable with thick soft pillows and crisp white bed sheets. Great air flow and fan system in the room. Modern lockers also present. Basic breakfast is included of toast and coffee but you can also use the really well equipped kitchen at any time and there is a large fridge available. Tom also gave lots of advice on restaurants and take out around...try the giant pizza place! The supermarket is a safe 10 min walk away. There are lots of shops, malls and food available also within walking distance. The pool and outside area was lovely. Also a great TV with Netflix that we chilled on the sofa and watched. Typical cold Nicaraguan shower, clean bathroom. Make sure you have exactly where this location is on a map as addresses don't really exist in Managua! Couldn't recommend more thanks for a great stay! …

We stayed at Casa 37 for three nights, and it was convenient as a base to explore Managua & for transportation. The hostel is located 2 km from UCA bus terminal, but make sure you have mapped out the location in advance since addresses don't exist in Managua. We arrived late the first day, and explored the city the second day. Typically, we would have moved on, but we enjoyed the hostel so much that we decided to stay an extra night. The dorms are spacious with comfy beds & pillows, lockers, & the whole place has great Wi-Fi. You also get a complementary breakfast, board games to play, & a pool in the backyard! You can also self-cater with items from the supermarket that is 10 minutes away on foot before watching a movie on Netflix in the living room. This is not a party hostel, but a great place to unwind. The owner, Tom, is very friendly & really wants to make sure you have an enjoyable time both at his place and in Nicaragua. You won't regret staying here.…
