Was an old Inturist hotel and it is showing its age compared with some of the more modern hotels in Kiev. That said, it is a pleasant enough place to stay for a few days and it is in a good central location, overlooking Europe Square and close to a metro station. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and... More

It's just the outstanding prime location why I will go again to Dnipro (and the sky-high prices of the branded hotel of international chains of course). You should ask for the renovated rooms as the old ones are tiny and terrible fitted, sovyet style. But for a new hotel of international quality level you pay 100 % more in Kiev.... More

Hotel provides a 4star accommodation in Kiev’s historical and business centre. The hotel features an indoor pool and a spa with sauna and massage facilities. Facilities of the hotel also include a well-equipped gym, a car rental and a ticket service. Located 200 meters from Maidan Nezalezhnosti metro station, what gives direct access to Kiev’s major eating, shopping and cultural... More

Respect yourself ! We spent one night in this hotel before moving to another... just around the corner. My wife stayed in this hotel for business two years ago and said me it was lovely... We decided to book for leisure one economy room, not business like my wife did before. It was a great mistake ! When we arrived... More

This place was just so weird. At first I actually found it charming - it still feels very old-style Eastern European, which is refreshing in an age of a Starbucks on every corner in every country around the globe. My room was sort of a little suite, with a separate sitting area and bedroom. The room was a smoking room... More

We appreciate you for taking the time to write your review. Your opinion is very important to us. Let us explain some things to you. In such room category, beds are indeed very close to each other, because couples or single travelers stay in such rooms as usaul. In Twin rooms (economy or standard) beds are not that close, so... I stayed in the hotel for three nights and do not have any major complaints. It is in good location- one block away from the main square and very close to Dinamo stadium. Everyone was friendly in the hotel, but the rooms desperately need renovation. With minor changes it is still old Soviet style hotel, which can be quite attractive... More

That sums it up. This is the best hotel in the region, but compared to ther hotels in Kiev it isn't saying much. We stayed in April during a mini heatwave - the heating was still on full and there was no sign of the advertised 'air conditioning'. Opening the small fanlight window meant that all night you would hear... More

Dear Sir/Madam! Thank you for the review. We are sorry that you disliked our hotel rooms, services and the hotel as well. Maybe next time you would like to choose superior rooms, that are on the higher floors and are renovated. We hope to see you again. Hotel management. More

The hotel has a good location (and beautiful views from the rooms on the river and the city). It's located at one end of the main street (Khreshatik) and is within walking distance from some of the main sites (e.g. the Independence Sq). Overall the hotel left a mixed impression. Some floors and rooms are renovated (upper floors), some others... More

Dear Guest! We wish to thank you for posting your review. Every review is very valuable for us, because they help us to amend our disadvantages. Every month we close some old (economy) rooms for renovating. So, when you visit us again, you will see the differences. Best wishes, Hotel Management. More

Stayed here for three nights in November 2010. Staff friendly and helpful but hotel could do with a complete modernisation to meet it's four star status - it's definately not four star.
