We stayed there for two nights. We were situated in an apartment just next to the main facilities. Didn't know they had a side facility, but the apartment was great, clean and quiet. Just what you need. The staff was very friendly. A big plus is that we came by car and it was parked just outside, so you don't need to worry about it. Oh, and the biggest plus, you are literally in the heart of the city, the fortress is 5 minutes away, knez Mihaila street also. Highly recommend

Just loved our stay here. Location is amazing. Walk in distance from tons of shops, restaurants and bars- all you need in Belgrade! Stuff very helpful! They arranged our airport shuttle in last minute so we made it on time. Will stay here definitely again!

We booked the luxury 2 bed apartment with balcony and glass roof. The apartment was stunning very modern bright & airy BUT we were quite disappointed with it, as there was a number of things which could have been a lot better and things that definitely shouldn’t have been. The kitchen items were very basic :- NO TOASTER ONE CARVING KNIFE ( which had a broken handle) ONE SAUCEPAN ONE TINY CARVING BOARD. There were cups plates glasses and cutlery. The cooker hood with extraction fan & light didn’t work at all, and one kitchen light didn’t work. The kitchen Tap was hanging off until we told the man on reception who came up and fixed it. THE OUTSIDE BALCONY LIGHT didn’t work. ONE COMPLETELY BROKEN DINING CHAIR that we couldn’t use. And one that was all split on the back. There were stains all over the sofa, and stains which looked like food stains over the wall near the door in small bedroom. The big clock on the wall near the stairs didn’t even work, it had no battery in it. There were cobwebs with spiders living in them all over the place, and one day we had bad rain the rain was dripping through the glass roof in many places in which we told reception who came up to silicon the seals, but it was still leaking through quite bad in numerous places, which made the floor like an ice rink, we had to put towels down. The glass roof is also filthy it needs to be cleaned. There were also numerous tiles that were sharp cracked and damaged around the kitchen area. The cleaner needs to give this place a proper clean, nothing was cleaned during our stay not even the bed sheets changed just new toilet rolls and clean towels were put in. The owner needs to get the issues sorted, it was quite expensive to stay here and we expected it to be a lot better. …

Very good location. Big apartment. Close to the city center. Walking distance to the "Kalemegdan" castle/park where you can see the junction of the Save and Danube river. We were there on a very hot August day. There was unfortunately only 1 air condition unit for the entire big apartment. You had to leave all room doors open, so that the cold air could circulate. So be aware when traveling in summer time. If you travel with a car, check if there is a free spot in the garage. Otherwise you have to park on the street, were you will get a parking fine. This one you can pay at any post office, but they are only open during week days. So keep this in mind if you are there on a weekend.

This place was awesome from the minute we arrived. Free parking in the underground car park (although it’s challenging to get in!). Friendly, helpful staff with exceptional English. Lovely modern apartments, spotlessly clean, great air con, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. Minutes walk to the sights of the city and many places to eat or drink. Can’t fault it, just wish we could have stayed longer.
